Ενώ είχαμε κλείσει βδομάδες πριν ξύλο που μας ενημέρωσαν ότι υπήρχε σε stock, καταλήξαμε να περιμένουμε επ'αοριστον φορτίο να φτάσει από Γερμανία. Μετά από πολλαπλά τηλεφωνήματα, το φορτίο ήρθε καθυστερημένο και με ελλείψεις. Και περιμέναμε ακόμη παραπάνω ενώ τους είχαμε ενημερώσει για την πίεση που είχαμε επειδή όλη η οικοδομή είχε καθυστερήσει λόγω του πατώματος. Η χειρότερη εμπειρία που είχα σε εξυπηρέτηση πελατών. Φοβερή απογοήτευση από ένα μαγαζί που υποτίθεται ότι εχει όνομα στην αγορά και είναι και από τα πιο ακριβά. Δεν θα ξαναπάρω ποτέ από το κατάστημα αυτό. While we had booked wood weeks ago when we were informed that it was in stock, we ended up waiting for an indefinite consignment to arrive from Germany. After multiple phone calls, the shipment arrived late and with shortages. And we waited even longer while we had informed them about the pressure we had because the whole building was delayed due to the floor. The worst customer service experience I have had. Terrible disappointment from a store that is supposed to have a name in the market and is one of the most expensive. I will never buy from this store again.

They told us they couldn't make that particular style, that would be false advertisement. Then the guy that was supposedly helping us, quite his job, or at least that's what they told us. That someone else will be contacting us to finish the job and receive an estimate. We called back several times, 3 weeks later and haven't been contacted yet.
