C	Carolina Cidrera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio nefasto. Los conductores apenas hablan inglés, no cobran con tarjeta, algunos son incluso maleducados. Hay policías también allí pasmados, tampoco pueden ayudarte porque no hablan inglés. Los carteles de destinación no están visibles en todos los autobuses, y si preguntas nadie te informa correctamente. Los usuarios todos nerviosos y apretando para entrar, alguno que habla griego te ayuda a traducir con el conductor, pero vamos... No hay más remedio que coger estos autobuses para volver a Chania, Heraklio o Rethymno desde la Garganta de Samaria (después de coger un ferri en la playa de Agia Roumelis hacia Hora Sfakion) pero si hubiera otra opción la cogería sin duda. Nefarious service. The drivers barely speak English, they don't charge by card, some are even rude. There are policemen there too stunned, they can't help you either because they don't speak English. Destination signs are not visible on all buses, and if you ask no one informs you correctly. Users all nervous and pressing to enter, someone who speaks Greek helps you translate with the driver, but come on ... There is no choice but to take these buses to return to Chania, Heraklio or Rethymno from the Samaria Gorge (after catching a ferry from Agia Roumelis beach to Hora Sfakion) but if there was another option, I would definitely take it.

Chauffeurs ne maîtrisant absolument pas l'anglais demandent alors aux passagers de s'asseoir à même l'allée du car pendant un trajet de près de 2h... D'une dangerosité extrême ! Suit un responsable qui envoie promener les clients. Une honte, une catastrophe, à éviter absolument !!! Terrible experience on returning from Sfakia. It can be a bit chaotic when it is busy in the summer, but usually the staff are helpful to direct you to the right bus. There is a ticket booth around the corner or you can usually buy tickets on the bus. There is a bakery across the street where you can get coffee and pastries. People hiking the Samaria gorge will walk up the road from the ferry to this location to catch the bus to their point of origin.
