Η εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό εξαιρετική και η πληροφόρηση για τις συγκοινωνίες της περιοχής αλλά και του νόμου ολοκλήρου κατατοπιστική. Ένα μεγάλο μπράβο στο προσωπικό του ΚΤΕΛ Καλαβρύτων για τις υπηρεσίες που προσφέρουν . Σε περίπτωση που δεν βρείτε εισιτήρια επιστροφής με τον οδοντωτό και δεν διαθέτετε άλλο μέσο το ΚΤΕΛ είναι πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Τα εισιτήρια είναι πολύ πιο οικονομικά από τον οδοντωτό και η διαδρομή μέχρι την Πούντα Αιγίου διαρκει όσο και αυτή του οδοντωτου. Επίσης στη Πούντα σας περιμένει άλλο ΚΤΕΛ που σας πηγαίνει στο σταθμό του οδοντωτου στο Διακοφτό. Άλλα δρομολόγια είναι προς Πάτρα αλλά και προς Αθήνα με πληθώρα ενδιάμεσων στάσεων. Just outside Kalavryta is the bus station. If you do not find return tickets with the toothpaste and you have no other means the KTEL is very helpful. Tickets are much cheaper than the tooth and the journey to Punta Aigiou is as long as the tooth. Also in Punta there is another bus waiting for you at the dentist station in Diakofto. Other routes are to Patras but also to Athens with plenty of stops.
N	Nick Sarigiannopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ευγενέστατος και εξυπηρετικότατος ο υπάλληλος. Πήγαμε οικογενειακώς 4 άτομα στις 15.40 και θέλαμε να φύγουμε με των 16.00. Μας είπε ότι δεν είχε 4 εισιτήρια τελευταία στιγμή που πήγαμε και μας λέει ότι έχει στις 19.00 αλλά μας είδε που είχαμε μικρά παιδιά και έκανε ένα τηλέφωνο και κανόνισε τελικά να φύγουμε στις 17.30. Πολύ καλή κίνηση από μέρους του και μπράβο του! The most gentle and helpful employee. We went as a family of 4 people at 15.40 and we wanted to leave at 16.00. He told us that he did not have 4 tickets at the last minute we went and he tells us that he has at 19.00 but he saw that we had small children and made a phone call and finally arranged for us to leave at 17.30. Και ο λόγος για αυτό είναι ότι είχαμε κλείσει εισιτήρια για σήμερα, από Καλάβρυτα προς Πάτρα και το λεωφορείο δεν πέρασε ποτέ... Ύστερα μας ενημέρωσαν ότι τα ΚΤΕΛ δεν λειτουργούν καθόλου σήμερα. Έτσι, απλά μας ήρθε ο κούκος αηδόνι για να φύγουμε με ταξί, χωρίς να μας καλύψουν κανένα έξοδο... Τουλάχιστον απαράδεκτο και αντιεπαγγελματικό!
