★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εφόσον δεν έχετε την ευχέρεια να απαντάτε στα τηλέφωνα (αναφέρομαι κατά βάση στο τραγικό εκδοτήριο του κτελ Μακεδονίας)για κρατήσεις, πληροφορίες κλπ, τουλάχιστον εκσυγχρονίστε την ιστοσελίδα σας να κλείνουμε εισιτήρια ηλεκτρονικα.
 If you do not have the ability to answer the phones (I am basically referring to the tragic ticket office of Ktel Macedonia) for reservations, information, etc., at least update your website to book tickets electronically.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν απαντούν ποτέ στα τηλέφωνα για έκδοση εισιτηρίων και δεν προσφέρουν καν την εναλλακτική έκδοσης εισιτηρίων ηλεκτρονικά, μέσω του site τους. Πρέπει να κάνετε κάτι για αυτό, δεν είμαστε όλα σε θέση να παρατάμε την δουλειά μας και να ερχόμαστε με τα πόδια να εκδίδουμε εισιτήρια στο γκισέ.
They never answer the phones for ticket issuance and do not even offer the alternative ticket issuance electronically, through their site. You have to do something about it, we are not all able to quit our jobs and come on foot to issue tickets at the counter.
