Inappropriate. The bus left 10 minutes earlier so we lost it. They didn't even give us a refund for how unprofessional they are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο κύριος που δουλεύει είναι αγενεστατος και αρχισε να φωναζει στη θεία μου επειδή ζήτησε να της αλλάξει το εισητηριο με πολύ ευγενικό τρόπο. Τον ακούσαμε από απέναντι μιλάμε!! Δε μπορεί να γίνει κάτι?
Θα μπορούσε να το αντιμετωπίσει με πιο ήρεμο τρόπο!! Κατανοώ ότι υπάρχει θέμα γενικά αλλά μπορούμε να μιλάμε ήρεμα ο ένας με τον άλλον.
Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά!
The gentleman who works is very rude and started shouting at my aunt because he asked her to change the ticket in a very polite way. We heard him talking from the other side !! Can't something be done?
He could face it in a calmer way !! I understand that there is an issue in general but we can talk calmly to each other.
Unacceptable behavior!

2) ήμουν σε στάση κ περίμενα το λεωφορείο για δερβενι κ ώρα 16.00 πέρασε από τη περιοχή Λυκοπριας κ ώρα 16.23 κ ουδέποτε σταμάτησε που είχα κάτσει στην άκρη κ του έκανα νόημα να σταματήσει κ ο κύριος μου έκανε με το χέρι του χηρονομια ότι φεύγω κ έγραφε για δερβενι. Τι πράγματα είναι αυτα; ντροπή σας κ όχι τίποτε άλλο έχασα συνέντευξη για δουλειά. Ντροπή σας
1) did not answer the phones very few times to answer.
