★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need to edit this review: timetables found online are good, it's just hard to know where these busses are stopping and when and what routes they are taking. Please make AN APP like trainOSE did to purchase your tickets online, we are living in 2021 and do not have printer on my vacation so paper tickets are soooo obsolete!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 people waiting in Aghios Nikolaos for the bus up to villages Platsa, Nomitsi, Laggada etc. The driver decided not to enter the village so we were left to find our own transport. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! The drivers need to keep to the timetable and itinerary. It is supposed to be a service to the public NOT the drivers' whim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievably rude, unhelpful and the website is down. No help if your Greek is slow or non-existent. Fewer buses to Athens then ever and no way to book them unless you go in person to the office which is not possible for most people not living in Kalamata. For a main city that is the starting post for tourism in this area, it's a complete sham.

In 2021, I think they should have a website more accurate as you actually have different routes, departure times and bus stops than what is actually available online ! This is a massive downside when you want to discover the surroundings of Kalamata and you don't have a car. Furthermore, buses are every 3h at least.
You can pay by card or cash your tickets at the office, and you have a coffee shop, toilets, taxis and cash machine available there. Please take some cash with you as you may need to pay your ticket directly in the bus too.
