★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καθόλου εξυπηρετικοί. Με συνεννόηση με τα ΚΤΕΛ Πύργου κλείσαμε 2 εισιτήρια. Στον Πύργο μας ενημέρωσαν ότι θα μπορούσαμε να πληρώσουμε με το freedom pass. Στο τηλέφωνο με τα ΚΤΕΛ του Πύργου μας είπαν ότι θα μπορούμε να πληρώσουμε με κάρτα. Στην πόρτα του μαγαζιού έλεγε ότι δεχόταν πληρωμές με POS. Όταν πήγαμε να πληρώσουμε με το freedom pass μας λέει ότι τελικά δεν δέχεται να πληρώσουμε με freedom pass ούτε με κάρτα. Ευτυχώς είχαμε πάνω μας χρήματα και μπορέσαμε να πληρώσουμε τα εισιτήρια και δεν ξεμείναμε στην Ηλεία. Ο υπάλληλος (ή ο ιδιοκτήτης δεν ξέρω τι ήταν) μας είπε ότι τα ΚΤΕΛ δεν του έχουν pos σύστημα για να μπορούμε να πληρώσουμε...
Not at all helpful. In consultation with the KTEL of Pyrgos we booked 2 tickets. In Pyrgos we were informed that we could pay with the freedom pass. On the phone with the KTEL of Pyrgos we were told that we would be able to pay by card. At the door of the store he said that he was accepting payments by POS. When we went to pay with the freedom pass, he tells us that in the end he does not accept to pay with the freedom pass or with a card.
