★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend not to use this place until it is of high necessity. The workers here are willing to steal your money and won't give back the fee even if you don't travel with the bus but you paid before for it. Be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anytime I have to travel longer distances in greece I use the busses of ΚΤΕΛ. Punctual, friendly, clean and reliable. Changes on the way are easy. It is the best way to travel in greece.
Notice to the company:
A running online-ticketing would be nice. Nevertheless it is even for foreigners easy to get tickets at all the stations.
Notice to customer: Check luggage before and after. Once it happens, that during the ride the luggage locker suddenly was opened and some luggage droped at the road during full speed. The driver stopped, sampled all the stuff and went on. At the arrival station some cases were damaged, but the driver was flinty and didn't do anything. Because we had to take a flight, we left the place. Inside the case was damaged a bottle and you may imagine, what happens to the clothes?. Its only one bad experience in hundred goods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just awful. My trip started with a kind of arrogant employee in the ticket counter in Athens, who confronted me for his own ticket mistake. The worst legroom I have experienced in any form of transport, even worse than the infamous ryanair. Athens to Preveza took more than 6 hours, you can imagine how uncomfortable it was. In times of the covid pandemic and while there are measures about the capacity of the buses, they are running them with full capacity, no empty seats left and of course distances cannot be kept as the seats are so close to each other. No temperature checks, no locator forms even though I get it that they are not obliged by the government to have these. They are just running this business for the profit, no care whatsoever for the passengers.
