★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12.01.2022 Πελάτης χρόνια με 6 αυτοκίνητα πλήρωνα 5 ευρώ επιπλέον εις γνώσιν μου γιατί είναι κοντά. Αλλά να πληρώσω 61 ευρώ για αλλαγή δεξαμενής αερίου όταν συνάδελφος μου πλήρωσε 40 σέ άλλο ΚΤΕΟ δεν το δέχομαι και δεν θα το επισκεφτώ στο μέλλον.Ζήτησα τον υπεύθυνο να το συζητήσουμε, ήρθε αλλά δεν καταδέχτηκε να ασχοληθεί μαζί μου.
(Η κριτική μου παλαιότερα)Γρήγορη εξυπηρέτηση υπάρχει καφές αναψυκτικά στο σαλόνι για την αναμονή
 12.01.2022 Customer for years with 6 cars I paid 5 euros extra in my knowledge because it is close. But to pay 61 euros for a change of a gas tank when my colleague paid 40 to another KTEO I do not accept it and I will not visit it in the future. I asked the person in charge to discuss it, he came but he did not agree to deal with me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ψάχνουν κάθε ευκαιρία για να φέρουν το αυτοκίνητο για επανέλεγχο, για ασήμαντο ή και ανύπαρκτο λόγο, ώστε να εισπράξουν τα 5 ευρώ. Μου το έκαναν σε δύο αυτοκίνητα τα οποία πήγα αμέσως σε άλλο ΚΤΕΟ, χωρίς να προβώ σε επιδιόρθωση των υποτιθέμενων ελλείψεων, όπου και τα πέρασαν κανονικά ( autovision και express service). Ο μηχανικός τους έχει το ύφος του αρχιμάστορα και υπερβάλλοντα ζήλο. Η γραμματεία είναι ευγενική μόνο αν συμφωνείς μαζί τους. Αν τους κάνεις παράπονα ή παρατήρηση χάνουν την ψυχραιμία τους.
They are looking for every opportunity to bring the car for re-inspection, for an insignificant or non-existent reason, in order to collect the 5 euros. They did it to me in two cars which I immediately went to another KTEO, without repairing the alleged deficiencies, where they passed normally (autovision and express service). Their engineer has the style of a master builder and is extremely zealous. The secretariat is only polite if you agree with them. If you complain or remark to them they lose their composure.
