En eigenaresse Nelly is ontzettend hartelijk en regelt alles voor je! What a nice spot! Here you can really relax... a beautiful environment with citrus trees, vines and a private vegetable garden. And owner Nelly is very cordial and arranges everything for you!

Tutto è curatissimo, ma niente è lezioso, l'eleganza non è mai pretenziosa, ma semplice e naturale, proprio come i giardini, colorati e profumati. Il merito di tanta grazia è di Nelly e di suo marito. Nelly è uno di quegli incontri di cui si continua a parlare anche a viaggio finito: una donna cosmopolita, intelligentissima, capace di consigliare sempre la scelta migliore e di risolvere i guai più o meno grandi: affidatevi a lei. Le colazioni sono deliziose e abbondantissime, con prodotti della tenuta, dalle uova alle marmellate (squisita e raffinata quella di fiori di limone), serviti tra gli alberi con il beneplacito dei molti gatti di Nelly. Il silenzio è assoluto, i materassi comodi, non c'è plastica (l'acqua è nelle caraffe), la pulizia impeccabile, il wifi potente. Se potessi ci tornerei domani. The beauty of ktima lemonies is likely to overshadow that of the island. Everything is well kept, but nothing is affected, elegance is never pretentious, but simple and natural, just like the gardens, colorful and fragrant. The credit for such grace goes to Nelly and her husband. Nelly is one of those encounters that we continue to talk about even after the trip is over: a cosmopolitan, very intelligent woman, always able to advise on the best choice and to solve more or less big problems: trust her. The breakfasts are delicious and abundant, with products from the estate, from eggs to jams (exquisite and refined that of lemon flowers), served among the trees with the approval of Nelly's many cats. The silence is absolute, the mattresses are comfortable, there is no plastic (the water is in the jugs), the impeccable cleanliness, the powerful wifi. If I could I would go back tomorrow.

It is one of these combinations of lovely location, great service, kind people, quality of accommodation and simply stunning landscape that you can rarely find. I recommend the rooms near the swimming pool in the garden, under the lemon trees. The only caveat is that it's preferable to have a vehicle which can handle the sometimes complicated Andros roads, especially if you want to reach one of the beaches. Otherwise, it's perfect and in close proximity to the main town.
W	Wood Privacy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One is lucky in life to stumble upon "Heaven on Earth." This is one such place. It's like returning to the Garden of Eden, thanks to hostess Nelly and her husband. They give perfect advice for activities and restaurants to visit on the island of Andros. The establishment is truly an oasis of peace, relaxation, tranquility, and offers the much needed opportunity to return to what makes this Earth so precious. The rooms offer quiet and private respite while also offering a super comfortable bed and hot shower with a lovely selection of Greek beauty products. It felt as if we were visiting a health spa. Breakfast is a feast of pure Greek magic, offering products sourced locally if not from Ktima Lemonies itself. Everything was exactly what we needed after a 24 hour journey from Washington DC, and we couldn't have found a better place to start our Greek vacation. Highly recommended to couples, aspiring writers and poets, and small families. (Not recommended for those who have physical disabilities or problems climbing stairs. Being cat and kitten friendly also recommended.)

Chic design surrounded by nature, minutes from lovely Chora, within easy reach of beautiful beaches, and a breakfast of dreams. And everything is made infinitely better by Nelly who is simply the best host we’ve ever met.
