Ενώ ζήτησα εξ αρχής να δοκιμάσω συγκεκριμένο γυαλί ηλίου, με περιγραφή, μοντέλο σκελετού και φακού, αρχικά δεν υπήρχε, μετά υπήρχε αλλά σε άλλο νούμερο σκελετού. Διευκρινίζω πως θέλω να δοκιμάσω το συγκεκριμένο μέγεθος, αλλά μου φέρνει άλλο χρώμα. Επιμένω πως θα ήθελα να δοκιμάσω κάτι συγκεκριμένο. Και η τρομερά αγενής μελαχρινή κυρία με ύφος μου είπε πως αν το αγοράσω θα μπει στον κόπο να μου το φέρει. Λυπάμαι πολύ. Δεν είστε ούτε επαγγελματίες αλλά τουλάχιστον θα περίμενε κανείς το προσωπικό να έχει τη στοιχειώδη ευγένεια. Κύριε Γιάννη να το κοιτάξετε αυτό. Ααα , πελάτισσα είμαι. 40 χρόνια στη Νέα Σμύρνη μένουμε. Unacceptable and really inexplicable behavior by one of the employees. While I asked from the beginning to try a specific sunglasses, with description, frame and lens model, initially it did not exist, then it existed but in another frame number. I clarify that I want to try the specific size, but it brings me another color. I insist that I would like to try something specific. And the terribly rude brunette lady with style told me that if I buy it she will take the trouble to bring it to me. I'm so sorry. You are not a professional either but at least one would expect the staff to have the basic courtesy. Mr. John, look at this. Aaa, I'm a customer. We have been living in Nea Smyrni for 40 years.

Πήγα στο κατάστημα ένα πρωί για να αλλάξουν (αν υπήρχαν δεν γνώριζα), τα πλαστικά που καλύπτουν τις άκρες των μπράτσων στα γυαλιά. Ένας ευγενέστατος κύριος στην είσοδο μου είπε να περάσω αργότερα όταν θα έλθει ο τεχνίτης. Δεν μπόρεσα την ίδια ημέρα καί πήγα την επόμενη όπου ο ίδιος κύριος χωρίς δεύτερη κουβέντα με παρέπεμψε στο εσωτερικό όπου ο τεχνικός ευγενής καί αυτός μου άλλαξε αυτό που ήθελα άμεσα. Η καλή εντύπωση που εδώ καταθέτω είναι η ευγένεια καί διάθεση όλων να εξυπηρετήσουν, καί το γεγονός ότι ο Κύριος στην υποδοχή με θυμήθηκε αμέσως καί με έστειλε χωρίς ερώτηση στο service. Πληροφορήθηκα πως λέγεται Γιάννης. Κύριε Γιάννη σε ευχαριστώ πολύ γιά την "γενικότερη" αντιμετώπιση καί εξυπηρέτηση, καί πιστεύω ότι τιμάς τον εμπορικό κόσμο της Νέας Σμύρνης σαν επαγγελματίας καί άνθρωπος. My experience is small but typical. I went to the store one morning to change (if there were I did not know), the plastics that cover the edges of the arms on the glasses. A gentleman at the entrance told me to go later when the craftsman would come. I could not the same day and went the next day where the same gentleman without a second conversation referred me inside where the technician gentleman and he changed what I wanted immediately. The good impression I make here is the kindness and willingness of all to serve, and the fact that the Lord at the reception remembered me immediately and sent me without question to the service. I was informed that his name is Giannis. Mr. Giannis, thank you very much for the "general" treatment and service, and I believe that you honor the commercial world of Nea Smyrni as a professional and a person.
