★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time in Kefalonia, my wife booked this place as a surprise long weekend away for my birthday.
This place has potential but just isn’t as described. I was expecting a luxury, high end resort.. but the place was barely ready for guests.
Villa was minimal but nice, tv did not work and neither did the AC/heating in the living room.
Got cold in the evening so living room was unusable.
Pool was very dirty and we did not even consider getting into it.
No hot breakfast, more like a buffet of things from the local grocery shop.
No room service
No restaurant on site
We ended up leaving early and requesting a refund from Secret Escapes.
Stayed at Kefaloni Grand Hotel instead which was lovely (ask for room 10b). Breakfast was also very nice (I recommend the Nutella pancakes). It doesn’t have the remote secluded location but is near shops/restaurants.
Sum it up, not as described, very expensive.. I would not go back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really enjoyed this brand new resort as second guest. Amazing view and cool equipment. Some of the villas are still developing, but you can enjoy staying here definitely. So I need to come back here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was okay, first day we had so many insects inside of the Vila that me and my toddler were terrified, breakfast was repetitive with not many choices, the staff are friendly but they have so much to improve yet.
Not a toddler place as the facilities can be quite dangerous, floor very slippery when wet, stairs fricking scaried if they climb on their own, the front door can be opened easily by them, the isolation in the doors and windows needs to be improved, as we had rain and lots of insects coming inside ....just beautiful ? but not, specially if you are on a holiday.
You definitely need to rent a car, best beach near by was Petani with 30 min driving .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is amazing! Best sunset on the island with an incredible pool - we stayed in a 3 bedroom villa! Staff was amazing, especially Antigone; made me feel like family! It's a must stay if you're coming to Kefalonia! We will be back this summer :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The overall experience is OK; balanced between a great customer service and facilities that need a little extra attention. The location is perfect. One to arrive needs definately a car. The main pool area is a great place to swim, relax and take your coffee. The villa needed extra care to be perfect ; things like the cracked toilet seat, few huge spiders inside the living room and the grown lawn outside could have been avoided. Also, a leaflet with info like which is the WiFi password, open and closing time of main area, breakfast time etc would be very useful if inside the villa. All in all, the staff is extremely polite and caring and with a little extra effort in taking care of the surrounding of the house the experience would be truly amazing!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a beautiful and relaxed time here. If something was missing or broken the management was always available and eager to fix it. The remote and isolated location but still surrounded by beautiful beaches makes a perfect hide away for a relaxing time. I hope I'll be back one time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a really special place, our second visit and was very sad to leave yestetday. It exudes calm and is the place to go to relax and wind down, looking over endless sea and fabulous sunsets. Villas are great with private pool as well as an amazing big pool. Staff are so helpful. Only thing is after one one a half seasons of Covid it does not need a bit of attention to smarten up. But will definitely be back
