With 48 years of continuous presence in architecture, the firm "K. Kyriakides and Partners" consists of a rigid core and alternating teams of architects with experience in research, design and supervision of complex high-tech buildings. The activity of the  office, includes: office buildings and banks, hotels, and even commercial, cultural and educational groups. The agency "K. Kyriakides and Partners" has been housed since 1984 in a specially proprietary designed building Halandri, where partners have at possession of all the modern design tools. A large architectural firm with about 35 potential partners (architects, designers and administrative), with a significant permanent collaborator for 38 years the architect Lina Niakaki, especially in hospital buildings.

Feature of the work of the office is specialized in hospital buildings, works hard and complicated but extremely challenging and interesting, because they serve a large number of people especially in difficult moments of their lives.
