★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κλείσαμε 2 ραντεβού 15 ημέρες πριν, το ένα πραγματοποιήθηκε κανονικά, το δεύτερο ως εκ θαύματος είχε χαθεί και δεν έβρισκαν το ραντεβού καταχωρημένο και με θράσος πρότειναν να γίνει μια εβδομάδα μετά. Υπηρεσίες Υγεία πολύ χαμηλού επιπέδου με ερασιτεχνική οργάνωση.
We made 2 appointments 15 days ago, one took place normally, the second was miraculously lost and they could not find the appointment registered and boldly suggested it be done a week later. Services Very low level health with amateur organization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πρώτη και τελευταία φορά που θα χρησιμοποιήσω τις υπηρεσίες τους. Πήγα να φτιάξω ένα μοριακό που πληρώνουμε 60€ και υποτίθεται είναι το πιο ακριβές και βγήκε αδιευκρίνιστο. Και μου είπαν ότι πρέπει να κάνουμε άλλο ένα τέστ και στην ερώτηση αν πρέπει να πληρώσω εφόσον το πλήρωσα μια φορά η απάντηση ήταν ότι είναι με χρέωση και θα δούνε τι μπορούν να κάνουν και μου το κατέβασε 30€ ενώ επειδή είναι δικό τους λάθος έπρεπε να μου το κάνουν δωρεάν το δεύτερο. Το έμαθα μετά. Και πλήρωσα 90€ ένα μοριακό. Μετά τηλεφωνικά δεν υπήρχε και πολύ αποτελεσματική εξυπηρέτηση και ακόμα περιμένω το μέιλ με το αποτέλεσμα. Ευτυχώς που κατάφερα να βρω άτομο να πάει να πάρει εφόσον είμαι καραντίνα. Ποτέ ξανά.
First and last time I will use their services. I went to make a molecule that we pay 60 € and it is supposed to be the most expensive and it came out unclear. I found out later. And I paid 90 € a molecular. Then by phone there was no very effective service and I am still waiting for the email with the result. Luckily I managed to find someone to go pick up since I am quarantined. Never again.

Πήγα να κάνω εξετάσεις αίματος και αφού ταλαιπωρήθηκα από δύο νοσηλεύτριες που δεν εύρισκαν τις φλέβες παρότι δε διαμαρτυρηθηκα στο τέλος η μία εκ των νοσηλευτικών μου είπε μακάρι να ήταν η φλέβα το μόνο σας πρόβλημα σα να μου λέγε δηλαδή η φλέβα σε μάρανε. Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά και μάλιστα από νοσηλευτικό προσωπικό σε καρκινοπαθη ανεξάρτητα από την απειρία στη λήψη αίματος και την ταλαιπωρία μου.μονο ότι θα πεθάνω δεν μου είπε καταμουτρα

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Γραμματέας αγενής και ακατάλληλη! Έφτασα ,με είδε , δεν μου έδωσε καμία σημασία και συνέχισε να γράφει στον υπολογιστή . Περίμενα 5-7λεπτα μπροστά της και φαντάστηκα ότι κάτι σημαντικό κάνει και δεν την ενόχλησα . Ωστόσο στο τηλέφωνο απάντησε κανονικά. Μετά μου λέει χωρίς να σηκώσει το βλέμμα της "καθίστε και θα σας φωνάξω" . Καλημέρα, παρακαλώ, με συγχωρείτε λέξεις άγνωστες γι'αυτη την υποτιθέμενη υποδοχή! Ήθελα απλά να ρωτήσω αν κάνουν μια εξέταση αλλά τελικά έφυγα τρέχοντας.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα στον οδοντίατρο. Είναι αγενής και υπερόπτης. Μου συμπεριφέρθηκε λες και μου έκανε χάρη και έκανε συνεχώς υποτιμητικά σχόλια ότι βγάζω πολλά σάλια. Επίσης είναι δυσκινητος λόγο υπερβολικής κοιλιάς και δεν μπορεί να λειτουργήσει. Παρεπιπτόντως το σφράγισμα που μου έκανε χρειάστηκε μετά από ένα μήνα απονεύρωση και φυσικά δεν πήγα εκεί.
