Our stay here with two kids so far away from home was completely worry free thanks to the wonderful staff, especially Alina! We loved our time at La Bellezza!

Fantastic place to spend our holiday. The staff were all really friendly and accommodating. Location is only a five minute walk from the beach. Had a hot tub and we were upgraded to a pool room for a couple of days which was really kind of the them. The pool area was clean, well maintained and quiet - resumably because there are not that many rooms and some of those have small swimming pools anyway. The rooms themselves were spacious and cleaned thoroughly every day. Breakfast was also lovely - you could order anything you wanted from the menu. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The suites were perfectly suited 5-10 minutes away from the beach and had great views. Lovely Jacuzzi in the room which overlooked the pool area. Staff were very friendly and helpful in arranging transport to and from the airport which was about 15-20 minutes away. Peace of mind staying there and was able to enjoy Greece, breifly forget about the worries of the world!

Great experience, clean and comfortable room. Delicious breakfast served in our room. We had a private pool which was incredible and the staff was very kind and helpful. Thank you for the great stay See you next year

Unfortunately for us, we chose to book this hotel through booking.com for a 4 night stay at around close to £600. All their rooms are non-refundable, pay in advance, there is no other option. Unfortunately Easyjet unexpectedly cancelled our flights 15mins before boarding. We spoke to Booking.com to cancel the reservation, booking.com made it very clear that it would be the decision of the hotel and they contacted the hotel directly to see if they would waive their cancellation policy, as some hotels are kind enough to allow cancellations in exceptional circumstances and they obviously have the ability to allow cancellations at their discretion. The hotel manager declined the cancellation request. We then directly contacted the hotel ourselves and spoke to a receptionist by the name of Katherine who said she would speak to the manager Flora and give us a callback, which she never did, we’ve called multiple times and they’ve been ignoring our calls, and they still went ahead and charged us the full amount for our stay, even though they knew the situation was completely out of our hands. Nearly £600 down the drain. Run by absolutely appalling and greedy human beings. They clearly don’t care about their customers and are only out for themselves.

It’s so sad and heart wrenching that plans to enjoy a beautiful holiday was destroyed. EasyJet cancelled all flights across UK literally as we board the plane. To contact the hotel and explain to them this tradegy for them to offer no solution with a firm no refund of our full amount even whilst being told by the booking agent that this was a decision solely from the hotel. We received a disrespectful and rude email notifying us we will receive 1.55 pounds from a holiday that cost 600 pounds. Even whilst explaining I am heavily pregnant and this situation has been very stressful the hotel would not even offer a voucher within a set timeframe to show their compassion. I can not comphrend how a business owner who suppose to value customers can treat people who wanted to invest and enjoy their hotel experience. In circumstances out of our control, surely there will be some negotiation or work around offer. This shows me the ethics of the hotel and the fact they care more about trying to steal money legally from customers than the customer satisfaction and longevity of the hotel. I would not wish this on my worse enemy. Please do not book them. They don’t answer their phone, they grudgingly respond to emails. All we wanted was a good will gesture for first time customers but you have made this experience a nightmare.

We spent 9 nights here in a deluxe suite with hot tub, the room had lots of character with a super comfy bed, a really effective aircon system, shower had a proper kick to it & the hot tub was always warm with an amazing sea view. Customer service was faultless especially from Katherine who was working the majority of our stay nothing was ever too much trouble for her or anyone else. Cleanliness I would give 10/10 the room & balcony was always left pristine every day when we returned from the pool or beach. Food was really nice although it did come a little earlier than requested a few times but this didn't bother me too much. Location, La Bellezza is 2 minutes from the beach & 5 minutes from all the bars & restaurants, our favourites being Soul by Splash or Perigiali Taverna. Overall there's not really anything bad I can say about La Bellezza & we are already considering returning next year

We loved staying at this hotel. The hotel is a small boutique hotel, as many are in Santorini. Penny and the staff were great. Very helpful, but not intrusive. They arranged for us to be picked up and taken to rent ATVs and also arranged for them to be picked up from the hotel after we checked out early in the morning. The rooms were clean and spacious. We got a 2 bedroom which had 2 small jacuzzis, one in front and one in back. There were some issues with ours working, but they sent someone to fix it right away. The pool area was so nice to relax in. The breakfast was not bad, but not prepared the way we expected. We appreciated the convenience of it being delivered to our room. The hotel is located a short walk (5-10min) to the beach where there is a lot of restaurants and shops. Penny gave us her phone number if we needed anything after front desk hours. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated how accommodating Penny and the staff were.
