L	Lefkios AEL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάναμε κράτηση για 2 μέρες (02/07/20 και 07/07/20) στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα για 8 άτομα. Είχαμε φτάσει στο κατάλυμα στις 02/07/20 γύρω στις 22:00 και διαπιστώσαμε ότι το κατάλυμα είχε μόνο 2 κρεβάτια διπλά, ένα βοηθητικό κρεβάτι (ράντζο) και 1 καναπέ που γινόταν κρεβάτι. Πάνω στο συγκεκριμένο καναπέ με το που καθίσαμε έφυγε το πόδι του καναπέ. Αμέσως πήραμε τηλέφωνο την ιδιοκτήτρια να την ενημερώσουμε ότι ο καναπές ήταν σπασμένος και δεν μπορούσε να κοιμηθεί άτομο πάνω και ότι γενικά το σπίτι ήταν για 5-6 άτομα και όχι για 8. Η απάντηση της ιδιοκτήτριας ήταν να κοιμηθούμε 3 άτομα σε κάθε διπλό κρεβάτι με αποτέλεσμα 3 άτομα να κοιμηθούν στο πάτωμα. Το επόμενο πρωί κάναμε κανονικά check out. Στις 06/07/20 επικοινωνήσαμε με την ιδιοκτήτρια για να μάθουμε εάν έφτιαξε τον καναπέ και εάν μπορούσε να μας προσθέσει ακόμα 2 κρεβάτια ράντζο για να μην χρειαστεί να κοιμηθούν πάλι κάποιοι στο πάτωμα. Η ιδιοκτήτρια μας απάντησε με μήνυμα ότι δεν θα μας δεκτή διότι κατά την πρώτη διανυκτέρευση της σπάσαμε το καναπέ !!!! (Όπως βλέπετε από τη φωτογραφία που επισυνάπτω φτάσαμε στη Θεσσαλονίκη γύρω στις 21:00 το βράδυ και την πήραμε γύρω στις 22:02 για να την ενημερώσουμε ότι ήταν σπασμένος ο καναπές). Ακολούθως έκλεισε τα τηλέφωνα και δεν μας απαντούσε. Επικοινωνήσαμε με booking για να μας επιστραφούν τα χρήματα και δεν μας τα έδιναν διότι η ιδιοκτήτρια ισχυριζόταν ότι εμείς σπάσαμε το καναπέ. Κάναμε καταγγελία στην αστυνομία, την έπαιρναν τηλέφωνο οι αστυνομικοί και δεν απαντούσε. Αναγκαστήκαμε την τελευταία μέρα των διακοπών μας να ψάχνουμε τόπο να μείνουμε και να τρέχουμε στην αστυνομία. Τώρα μας απειλή ότι θα μας κινήσει αγωγή επειδή δημοσιεύσαμε την κακή μας εμπειρία. Έχω κάνει πάνω από 30 κρατήσεις τα τελευταία χρόνια από την booking και πρώτη φορά συνάντησα τόσο κακή συμπεριφορά. Λυπάμε πολυ. We made a reservation for 2 days (02/07/20 and 07/07/20) in this accommodation for 8 people. We arrived at the accommodation on 02/07/20 around 22:00 and found that the accommodation had only 2 double beds, an extra bed (ranch) and 1 sofa that became a bed. On the specific sofa with which we sat, the leg of the sofa left. We immediately called the owner to inform her that the sofa was broken and no one could sleep on it and that generally the house was for 5-6 people and not for 8. The owner's answer was to sleep 3 people in each double bed with result 3 people sleeping on the floor. The next morning we checked out normally. On 06/07/20 we contacted the owner to find out if she made the sofa and if she could add 2 more ranch beds so we don't have to sleep on the floor again. The owner replied with a message that she would not accept us because during her first night we broke the sofa !!!! (As you can see from the photo I attach, we arrived in Thessaloniki around 21:00 at night and took it around 22:02 to inform her that the sofa was broken). Then he hung up the phone and did not answer us. We contacted booking to get our money back and they did not give it to us because the owner claimed that we broke the sofa. We complained to the police, the police called her and she did not answer. On the last day of our vacation we had to find a place to stay and run to the police. Now he is threatening to sue us because we published our bad experience. I have made over 30 bookings in recent years since booking and this is the first time I have encountered such bad behavior. I'm so sorry.
P	Panagiotis Efraim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καθόλου καλό διαμέρισμα. Δεν χωράει πάνω από 5 άτομα, ενώ είχαμε κράτηση για 8. Μας άφησε έξω στο δρόμο την τελευταία νύχτα. Ήταν ο καναπές σαν '' παγιδα'' και όταν καθησα πάνω έφυγε το ένα σπασμένο πόδι και χτύπησα στο κεφάλι. Not a good apartment at all. Can not accommodate more than 5 people, while we had a reservation for 8. He left us out on the street last night. It was the couch like a "trap" and when I sat on it one broken leg left and I hit my head.

Μείναμε την πρωτη νυκτα εκεί, πήγαμε Χαλκιδική σε κάποιο άλλο διαμέρισμα και μειναμε για τρεις μέρες και μετα γυρίσαμε και επρεπε να μείνουμε ξανα εκεί. Χωράει το μέγιστο 5 άτομα. Οταν κλείσαμε πληρώσαμε για διαμονή 8 ατόμων. Πήγαμε εκεί και ο καναπές που γίνεται κρεβάτι ηταν σπασμένος. Καθισε ενα παιδί πάνω 60 κιλά και έπεσε κάτω και χτύπησε στο κεφάλι. Αμέσως ειδοποιησαμε την ''κυρία'' Ευγενία που το έχει και τις το είπαμε, τις ειπα που να μείνουμε 8 άτομα, και μου απάντησε πέστε κάτω στο πάτωμα η μείνετε πάνω στον καναπέ τον σπασμένο με τα τρία πόδια η πέστε 3 ή 4 πάνω στα διπλα τα κρεβάτια. Ενημερωτικά αυτή η ψεύτρα έχει το και το Bella ciao στην Καλλιθέα Χαλκιδικής. Το καλύτερο στο τέλος, τελευταία νύκτα δεν μας απαντουσε τα τηλεφωνα και μας αφησε στο δρόμο. Το ορκίζομαι σε οτι εχω ιερό ότι αυτά που γράφω ειναι αληθές. Μείνετε μακριά!! The worst apartment I have ever stayed in. We stayed the first night there, went to another apartment in Halkidiki and stayed for three days and then came back and had to stay there again. Fits a maximum of 5 people. When we booked we paid for a stay of 8 people. We went there and the sofa that becomes a bed was broken. A child over 60 kg sat down and fell down and hit his head.
