★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want a real, authentic Greek taverna, choose "La Cubana". The name doesn't really sound "Greek" but that has to do with the choice of the Greek owner who, in love with his Cuban wife, decided to name the taverna after her. Now the two sons run the business. Two great master chefs!
Wonderful location by the sea. The freshness of the products is unprecedented, the variety of real Greek dishes is enormous, the service fast, light-hearted and professional. And the prices second to none! I give this taverna five stars because six is not possible. Try the gigantes (white beans), the dolmades avgolemono, the delicious chtapodi vrasto or gavros ksidato. And of course the fresh fish: lavraki, koutzomoures, tsipouro, and last but not least the kalamarakia. And sooooo much more. I lived and worked in Greece for 32 years. Trust me, I know what I'm talking about. In “La Cubana” Greek cuisine is at its very best. Enjoy your meal, “Bon appétit” or “Kali Oreksi”.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant is highly overrated. The food was by far the worst that we have had in Greece. On the positive side, the wine was good and the xoriatiki salad was authentic and a good portion for 2 to share. On the negative: chewy and overcooked grilled octopus, pasty moussaka and lamb chops all fat. Go elsewhere.
