★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Somehow the best Italian restaurant we've ever eaten at is on the island of Paros. We stayed here three nights and ate at La Dolce Vita twice. First night we had pizza, second night we had pasta. This is genuine Italian fine dining. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

The dough is great.
The tomato sauce is okay, although slightly raw tasting. It needed cooking for longer and to be reduced more.
The mozzarella is fine.
The problem is that the pizzas have too much topping and are, consequently, soggy.
Use less sauce and less cheese.
All in all - okay. Could be improved easily, if the chef used less toppings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived and were greeted by Costantino and Lillo with a fantastic white focaccia and a good wine . The menu was interesting and they have a great selection of pastas , pizzas and meat . The atmosphere is chilled and very cozy. Costantino and his father Lillo make you feel at home and help you with the choice of your favourite foods . I loved it ! A mix of Italian and Greek choices in the menu and we finished with a delicious Tiramisu ! If you are in Paros and want a change from the usual Greek cuisine this is the place to come
