Θα τους προτιμήσω σίγουρα σε όλες μου τις μελλοντικές υποχρεώσεις. Flawless service, high aesthetic composition with very beautiful fresh flowers, I received a very kind service at a very reasonable cost. I will definitely prefer them in all my future obligations.
m	maria malliarozi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολλή κακή εξυπηρέτηση. Ζήτησα μια απλη ανθοδέσμη. Μου έβαλε όσα και όποια λουλούδια ήθελε χωρίς να με ρωτήσει και χωρις να με ενημερώσει για το κοστος. Φαντάστηκα πως πέραν απο τα 6 τριαντάφυλλα που διάλεξα η ίδια, τα υπόλοιπα ηταν πρασιναδες τις οποιες δεν θα μου χρέωνε (αφου τις εβαλε απο μονος του και χωρις να με ρωτήσει). Τελικα με χρέωσε 40 ευρώ!! 40 ευρώ για μια ΑΠΛΗ ανθοδέσμη. Τη πλήρωσα και έφυγα. Δε λέω, μπορει όντως να ηταν αυτο το κόστος της συγκεκριμένης ανθοδέσμης (δεν ειμαι σίγουρη) αλλα ρε παιδιά ενημερώστε τους πελάτες σας για το τι πρόκειται να φτιάξετε ώστε να συνεννοηθείτε και για το κόστος που διαθέτει ο καθένας. Εγώ στην ουσία αλλο ηθελα και αλλο πήρα και δεν διέθετα τόσα χρήματα για μια ανθοδέσμη την οποία αναγκάστηκα να πληρώσω. Ηταν λίγο εκμετάλλευση αυτο. Lots of bad service. I asked for a simple bouquet. He gave me as many flowers as he wanted without asking me and without informing me of the cost. I imagined that apart from the 6 roses that I chose myself, the rest were green ones which he would not charge me (since he put them on his own and without asking me). Finally he charged me 40 euros !! 40 euros for a SIMPLE bouquet. I paid for it and left. I'm not saying it could have been the cost of this particular bouquet (I'm not sure) but guys let your customers know what you are going to make so that you can agree on the cost of each one. I basically wanted something else and got something else and I did not have that much money for a bouquet that I had to pay. It was a bit of an exploitation.

Living in US i fully expected them to say, we close in 20 mins, there is no way we are delivering tonight! Well, not only did this business deliever the most beautiful bouquet of flowers, they accommodated my lack of knowledge of the Greek language and worked with me through every obstacle to make this surprise happen! Very impressed with their professionalism, willingness to work together and their artistic creativity!
