Εμφάνιση, ντεκόρ, στολισμός, πεντανοστιμη, γευστική, λαχταριστη, βελούδινη υφή και ολοφρεσκη. Σίγουρα όποιος δοκιμάσει πρώτη φορά θα θέλει να πάρει πολλές φορές από εκεί τούρτα για όλες τις περιστάσεις, αξίζουν πολλά αστέρια για όλο το προσωπικό που δουλεύει στα συγκεκριμένα ζαχαροπλαστεια, είστε οι καλύτεροι, μπράβο σας!!! Την Παρασκευή κάναμε κράτηση την συγκεκριμένη τούρτα, το Σάββατο το μεσημέρι στις 4 την παραλάβαμε. Η κοπέλα μας ειπε να την βάλουμε ψυγείο κατευθείαν γιατί είχανε παραλαβή εκείνη την ημέρα και έμεινε εκτός ψυγείου αρκετές ώρες. Σε ένα τεταρτο από την ωρα που την παραλάβαμε η τούρτα μπήκε ψυγείο (ψυγείο αγορασμένο προ 6 μηνών). Το βράδυ στις 12 βγάλαμε την τούρτα από το ψυγείο η οποία φαινοταν να έχει γίνει δυο κομμάτια, διαπίστωσα ότι ήταν λιωμένη στην προσπάθεια μου να φέρω το πάνω μέρος ίσια με το κάτω γιατί είχε καταρρεύσει. Μισή ωρα μετά πήγα στο μαγαζί όπου θα γινόταν η έκπληξη, οι υπάλληλοι εκεί άνοιξαν την τούρτα για να την βάλουν στο ψυγείο και μ ενημέρωσαν ότι είναι λιωμένη για να αποποιηθούν την ευθύνη. Τους είπα ότι το γνωρίζουμε. Στη συνέχεια μια ωρα μετά, αφού τσακώθηκα με το παιδί γιατί θεωρούσε αδύνατο να βγει η τούρτα εφόσον είχε καταρρεύσει, την έφερε λιωμένη στο κουτί προκειμένου να γίνει εν τέλη η έκπληξη, η οποία χάλασε. Μια τούρτα των 30 ευρώ πήγε απευθείας στα σκουπίδια. The photo is a snapshot from a video on my girlfriend's birthday. On Friday we booked the specific cake, on Saturday at noon at 4 we received it. In a quarter of the time we received the cake, a refrigerator came in (a refrigerator bought 6 months ago). At 12 o'clock in the evening we took the cake out of the fridge which seemed to have been torn in two, I found that it was melted in my attempt to bring the top straight to the bottom because it had collapsed. Half an hour later I went to the store where the surprise would take place, the employees there opened the cake to put it in the fridge and informed me that it was melted to deny responsibility. I told them we knew. Then an hour later, after I had a fight with the child because he considered it impossible for the cake to come out if it had collapsed, he brought it melted in the box in order to finally make the surprise, which was spoiled. A 30 euro cake went straight to the trash.
S	Sakis Koukoulis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχει πολύ ποιοτικά προϊόντα και το προσωπικό είναι πρόθυμο, ευδιάθετο κι ευγενικό. Έχω δοκιμάσει ψωμιά, πίτες, γλυκά κι έμεινα πολύ ικανοποιημένος. Το κουλούρι δε είναι από τα καλύτερα της Θεσσαλονίκης. Διαμένω μακρυά από το κατάστημα και το επισκέπτομαι για την ποιότητα των προϊόντων του. Για τον λόγο αυτό και ξεκινώντας από την Ν. Κρήνη πήγα χτες Καθαρά Δευτέρα να πάρω λαγάνα αλλά απογοητεύτηκα διότι πήρα ένα προϊόν που δεν είχε καμμία σχέση με λαγάνα η οποία κανονικά θα πρέπει να έχει την ζύμη που χρησιμοποιείται στο κουλούρι αλλά αντ' αυτού είχε την ζύμη-αφρός πολύ χαμηλής ποιότητας ψωμιού γι'αυτό και ο λόγος που αφαίρεσα ένα αστέρι από την αξιολόγηση. Ξέρω ότι η λαγάνα είναι προϊόν για αρπαχτή διότι βγαίνει μια φορά τον χρόνο αλλά κύριοι εσείς που έχετε τόσο ποιοτικά προϊόντα δεν θα πρέπει να ξαναβάλετε αυτό το προϊόν στο κατάστημά σας. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα με όσα έγραψα. Update μετά την απάντηση του ιδιοκτήτη: Σας παρακαλώ διαβάστε καλύτερα αυτό που έγραψα. Σας έγραψα ότι το κουλούρι σας είναι από τα καλύτερα της πόλης κι όχι το αντίθετο που εσείς καταλάβατε. It has high quality products and the staff is willing, cheerful and polite. I have tried breads, pies, sweets and I was very satisfied. The bun is not one of the best in Thessaloniki. I live far from the store and visit it for the quality of its products. For this reason and starting from N. Krini I went yesterday Net Monday to get lagana but I was disappointed because I got a product that had nothing to do with lagana which normally should have the dough used in the bun but instead had the dough-foam very low quality bread for this and the reason I removed a star from the rating. I know that lagana is a product for grabbers because it comes out once a year but gentlemen of you who have such quality products should not put this product back in your store. I hope I helped with what I wrote. Update after owner response: Please read better what I wrote. I wrote to you that your bun is one of the best in town and not the opposite that you understood.

The sweetest staff ever and the selection was always fresh and lots of options. The desserts are to die for, ESPECIALLY the caramel cheesecake OMG!!! So delicious. I loved how the treats tasted.
