G	Giannis Aleksandrakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ φιλικό και ευγενικό προσωπικό. Η γυναίκα μου είναι έγκυος και την πρόσεξαν πολύ! Φυσιολογικές τιμές και μετά τις 6 δεν πληρώνεις ξαπλώστρες. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Very friendly and polite staff. My wife is pregnant and they took great care of her! Normal prices after 6 do not pay sun beds. I highly recommend.

На сл. день попросил полный стакан набрать - он сказал что пол стакана это полный. Если ты настаиваеш то можем насыпать льда. Если пожалыватся администратору то с вас посмеются и скажут что непонемают в чем проблема. This cocktail is coast 10€ Half glass. Extremely unfriendly staff, half a glass of incomprehensible cocktail (water with sugar) costs 10 €. On the next day asked for a full glass to fill - he said that half a glass is full. If you insist we can pour ice. If they complain to the administrator, they will laugh at you and say that they don’t understand what the problem is. This cocktail is coast 10 € Half glass.

N	Natalia Zachartzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A big NO NO!!! Three of us had the same coctail and we could not get our head together the next day!!! The other two that had soda water were fine! The next day I went and complained and out of courtesy the manager offered a free coctail to all of us on a day of our choosing. I did not want to go for a coctail (12euro each!!!) and burden the 5* hotel, so we decided to go for a swim and a coffee. The result? We paid for everything even the sunbeds. Really??? Other than that the personel is extremely polite and nice!

J	Juan Miguel Oddo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, Nice service, terrible music.. We spent the day here with my family. The place is great, the staff friendly, food and drinks ok but the music... Just to clarify we were there from 12 to 15 h with two small kids. Most of the crowd was also families, as it's a really nice place to go with kids that can play in the pool. However the music was incredibly loud (I could go with that) but it was hard techno as if we were on a Rave at night.. Guys please the experience would be much nicer if you play a more relaxed electronic music during day time. All in all all ok!
N	Nevena Mijatovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean and pleasant place with EXTREMELY friendly stuff (with no exceptions, really!) Everyone here is willing to help, asks if you need something, how are you, if the music is too loud, if you need more umbrellas etc. I photographed the current menu because in compare to other beaches, these prices are really fair! As you can see, all the sun-beds have mattresses and little pillows, which is amazing. Two sun-beds with an umbrella do cost 10€, but I prefer to pay for them, instead of going to the beaches like for example White beach which has free sun-beds, but expensive drinks and uncomfortable sun-beds. I hope everyone who reads this and stays at Polychrono or Chaniotis will enjoy this place, because it is amazing. I was here in August 2019.
D	Dorin Mihai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place, well organized, clean, excellent service, Is good to make reservation before you go there. It has swimming pool, beach, restaurant, bar, free parking and Reasonable prices. The food is great, nice presentation. Music is almost the same every day.
