P	Paris Karagiannis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το δωμάτιο δεν είχε ζεστό νερό. Το κρεβάτι ενώ ήταν διπλό κάτω από τα σεντόνια έκρυβε δύο μονά στρώματα..... Το wi fi στο δωμάτιο δεν έπιανε καθόλου. Το τζάκι ήταν διακοσμητικό, δεν τα δουλεύουν. Κάτι για το οποίο ενημερωθηκαμε όταν φτάσαμε εκεί και όχι όταν κάναμε την κράτηση. Αφού ενημερώσαμε για όλα αυτά τα προβλήματα μας είπαν οτι ελπίζουν να μας αποζημιώσουν άλλα πράγματα όπως το χιονοδρομικό κέντρο...... Επίσης το πρωινό για το οποίο είχαμε διαβάσει καλές κριτικές δεν ήταν και κάτι το ιδιαίτερο. Σίγουρα αν θέλουν να ζητάνε 70-80-90 ευρώ τη βραδιά θα πρέπει να αναβαθμίσουν κατά πολύ αυτά που προσφέρουν. *Επανέρχομαι λοιπόν για να απαντήσω στην ιδιοκτήτρια* 1. Όσο καλά και να είναι τα στρώματα όταν πας να ξαπλώσεις στη μέση που ενώνονται είναι απλά άβολο με συνέπεια να μπορούμε να κοιμηθούμε μόνο όταν σταθούμε ο ένας στην αριστερή πλευρά του κρεβατιού και ένας στη δεξιά, κάτι που για ένα ζευγάρι πχ αποτελεί πρόβλημα... Και πιστέψτε με, κανένα σεντόνι δε χρειάστηκε να σηκώσουμε για να το καταλάβουμε, γίνεται αμέσως αντιληπτό όταν καθίσεις ή ξαπλώσεις στη μέση του κρεβατιού!!! Άλλη όρεξη δεν είχαμε να ξεστρώνουμε το κρεβάτι! 2. Για το wi fi αφού είχατε πρόβλημα εδώ και ένα μήνα καλό θα ήταν να ενημερώνετε τους πελάτες όταν κάνουν κράτηση και όχι όταν φτάσουν στον ξενώνα.Επισης είναι ψέμα οτι μας πρότεινες να βάλεις booster και οτι αρνηθηκαμε, είπες οτι το έχεις βάλει αλλά παρόλα αυτά δεν υπήρξε καμία βελτίωση. 3. Το τζάκι μπορεί όπως λες να μην αναφέρεται στις παροχές όμως μια χαρά έχετε φροντίσει να φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες προκειμένου να παραπλανήσει. Οφείλετε να ενημερώνετε κατά την κράτηση και όχι κατόπιν εορτής. Εν κατακλείδι λοιπόν, οταν δεν μπορείς να προσφέρεις ούτε τα βασικά (ζεστό νερό - ίντερνετ - διπλό στρώμα) άσε την επιστήμη στην οποία αναφέρεσαι στην ησυχία της και κοίτα να ρίξεις καμιά τιμή ώστε να ανταποκρίνεται στην πραγματικότητα ή ακόμα καλύτερα φρόντισε να αναβαθμίσεις τις υπηρεσίες σου! (οδηγίες περί αναβάθμισης υπηρεσιων σου έγραψα πιο πάνω) Η γεμάτη θράσος και ειρωνία απάντησή σου σε εκθέτει πολύ περισσότερο από την κριτική μου! !!!!!! The room had no hot water. The double bed while under the sheets hid twin mattresses ..... The wi fi in the room is not caught at all. The fireplace was decorative, not the work. Η κράτηση έγινε τηλεφωνικά και ζήτησα το δωμάτιο με το τζάκι, όπου αφού φτάσαμε εκεί μάθαμε πως είναι διακοσμητικό( δεν αναφέρθηκε ποτέ στο τηλέφωνο αυτή η λεπτομέρεια και ήταν βασικό κριτήριο για την επιλογή μας) Ζεστό νερό δεν υπήρχε δύο μέρες κατά την διαμονή μας και δεν διορθώθηκε ποτέ, μας έδωσαν κλειδιά άλλου δωματίου το δεύτερο βράδυ ώστε να κάνουμε μπάνιο εκεί… Το wi-fi δεν έπιανε καν στο δωμάτιο μας και αυτό επίσης το μάθαμε κατά την άφιξη μας. Δεν υπήρχε κανένα πρόβλημα στην περιοχή όπως αναφέρεται παρακάτω, εκτός δωματίου όλα λειτουργούσαν φυσιολογικά. Δεν ήταν queen size bed όπως αναγράφεται στην περιγραφή αλλά ήταν δυο μονά στρώματα ενωμένα, που το πρόβλημα προφανώς ήταν η διαφορά ύψους μεταξύ τους και ήταν απίστευτα άβολο αυτό. Η «ευχή» που μας δόθηκε ήταν να μας ανταμείψει το χιονοδρομικό κέντρο, το οποίο ήταν το αποκορύφωμα γιατί περιμέναμε εντελώς διαφορετική αντιμετώπιση μετά από τέτοια δυσαρέσκεια. Τέλος, οι κακές κριτικές είναι για να τις δεχόμαστε και για να γινόμαστε καλύτεροι. Η ειρωνεία είναι περιττή και δεν θα πέσω στο επίπεδο σας. Καλή συνέχεια! ***Απάντηση στην κάτοχο* Δυστυχώς για εσάς δεν διαγράψαμε κανένα ποστ και δεν κάναμε καμία δεύτερη σκέψη. ΟΛΑ φαίνονται κανονικά. Unfortunately, nothing to do with what we expected. The reservation was made by telephone and asked for the room with the fireplace, where once we got there we found out that it is decorative (never mentioned on the phone this detail and was a key criterion for our choice) Hot water was not two days during our stay and not never corrected, they gave us another room the second night keys to swim there ... The wi-fi is not caught even in our room and it also learned upon our arrival. There was no problem in the region as indicated below, unless room everything worked normally. There was a queen size bed as shown in the description but it was two single mattresses pushed together, the problem apparently was the height difference between them and it was incredibly uncomfortable. The "wish" was given to us to reward our ski center, which was the highlight because we waited quite different treatment after such dissatisfaction. Finally, the bad reviews are for them to accept and become better. The irony is unnecessary and will not fall into your level.
