Η κυρία Κατσαφαδου είναι εξαιρετική χημικός και μας πρότεινε στην κάθε μία προϊόντα ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες μας. Μας έδωσε δείγματα από ότι δεν μπορέσαμε να πάρουμε για να τα δοκιμάσουμε. Είναι όλα υπέροχα και 100% φυτικά και σε υπέροχες τιμές. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα. Για εμάς δεν υπάρχει καμία εταιρία πλέον όλα μας τα καλλυντικά θα είναι μόνο la vie en rose. I visited this wonderful store in the morning with two of my girlfriends .. We bought some products though we wanted them almost everything. Mrs. Katsafadou is an excellent chemist and she has suggested to us products according to our needs. He gave us samples that we could not take to try them out. They are all wonderful and 100% plant and at great prices. I highly recommend this. For us there is no company anymore all our cosmetics will be only la vie en rose.
Τ	Τόνια Κυρίου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όσο ευχαριστημένη ήμουν με τα προϊόντα της la vie αρχικά, τόσο έχω δυσαρεστηθεί τώρα. Κάποια προϊόντα της είναι ωραία,αλλά πάρα πάρα πολύ υπερτιμημένα. Κάποια στιγμή αγόρασα την κρέμα caviar και μου έκανε τρομερό πρόβλημα, γέμισα σπυράκια και είχα μια τρομερή φαγούρα στο πρόσωπο. Πήρα την εταιρεία και μου είπαν να μου αντικαταστήσουν την κρέμα, εγώ όμως δεν ήθελα να δημιουργήσω πρόβλημα και τους είπα ότι θα την δώσω στη θεία μου την κρέμα και απλά αν μπορούν να μου στείλουν δειγματακια και να τα πληρώσω. Πράγματι μου είπαν ότι θα μου στείλουν δειγματακια και χωρίς χρέωση γιατί μου είχε δημιουργηθεί αλλεργία από την κρέμα. Μου είπαν ότι θα μου τα στείλουν την επόμενη κιόλας ημέρα. Μετά από 10 ημέρες τους τηλεφώνησα και τους είπα ότι αν δεν τα έχουν στείλει να μην μπουν καν στον κόπο να μου τα στείλουν. Τελικά ήρθαν μετά από 12 ημέρες, αλλά ήρθαν και δείγματα από αυτά που τους είχα πει ότι μου κάνουν αλλεργία. Στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο δεν μπορείς να βρεις σαφής οδηγίες για ένα προϊόν, η μία κοπέλα σου λέει έτσι και η άλλη αλλιώς. Εγώ στο μεταξύ έκανα θεραπεία για να μου φύγουν αυτά τα σπυράκια , που ευτυχώς έφυγαν και έχουν μείνει μόνο 2-3. Αυτό που με νευριάζει ακόμη περισσότερο είναι ότι δεν δέχονται καμία αρνητική κριτική στα σχόλια τους στα social media και όσες φορές έχω κάτι γράψει το έχουν σβήσει. As happy as I was with la vie products in the beginning, I'm so unhappy now. Some of its products are nice, but very, very overpriced. At one point I bought caviar cream and it caused me a terrible problem, I filled in pimples and I had a terrible itch on my face. I took the company and they told me to replace the cream, but I did not want to create a problem and I told them that I would give it to my aunt and just if they can send me samples and pay for them. In fact, they told me that they would send me samples free of charge because I was allergic to the cream. I was told that they would send them to me the very next day. After 10 days I called them and told them that if they have not sent them they should not even bother to send them to me. Finally they came after 12 days, but there were also samples of what I had told them that they make me allergic. In the call center you can not find clear instructions for a product, one girl tells you so and the other otherwise. I meanwhile underwent treatment to get rid of these pimples, which fortunately are gone and only 2-3 are left. What annoys me even more is that they do not accept any negative criticism in their comments on social media and every time I have written something they have deleted it.

Οι τιμές για τη μαγεία της φύσης είναι πολύ καλές. ? The one and only !! Excellent products with attention to detail from the composition to the packaging. Service, knowledge and courtesy of the staff. The prices for the magic of nature are very good. ?

Πήρα δύσπιστα την mon elixir για ενυδάτωση και για τις διχρωμίες που έχω από τα σπυράκια που γίνονται μαύρα στίγματα πριν εξαφανιστούν και τα αποτελέσματα είναι απλά συγκλονιστικά!!! Ευχαριστώ τη Δήμητρα που με εξυπηρέτησε στο κατάστημα, ήταν μοναδική η βοήθεια της, ένιωθα ότι ήθελε να μου παρουσιάσει τα πάντα με κάθε λεπτομέρεια χωρίς να με κουράσει ένα λεπτό!!! Τώρα σειρά έχει η κρέμα ματιών για μαύρους κύκλους και θα επανέλθω στην κριτική! Σας ευχαριστώ!!!!! What is said is not accidental !!! Thanks to Dimitra who served me in the store, her help was unique, I felt that she wanted to present everything to me in every detail without tiring me for a minute !!!
