★ ★ ★ ★ ★ χαμηλό κόστος υπηρεσίας....γι αυτο ειναι και θεμα τυχης η επισκευή, αν σου κάτσει είσαι τυχερός, σε αντίθετη περίπτωση είναι χάσιμο πολύύύύ χρόνου και χρημάτων όποιαδήποτε συναλλαγή μαζί τους.
Κατόπιν τηλεφωνικής επικοινωνίας μαζί σας λοιπόν, μου ζητήθηκε να ξανά χάσω άλλη 1 μέρα εργασίας για να μεταφέρω τον υπολογιστή ξανά ,να χασω άλλη 1 ημέρα εργασίας για να παραλαβω, που υποτίθεται ότι έγινε τεστ κ χωρίς να ξέρω για ποσό χρόνο θα κρατήσει η επισκευή. Όλα αυτά για ένα προγραμμα που λειτουργούσε κανονικά πριν τον φέρω κ που τελικά το κατέβασα δωρεάν από το Ίντερνετ κ που θα αποφεύγαμε όλο αυτό αν μιλούσα τηλεφωνικά με τον τεχνικό σας με τον οποίο δεν συνομίλησα.

After contacting you by phone, I was asked to lose another 1 working day to transfer the computer again, to lose another 1 working day to receive it, which was supposed to be tested and without knowing how long the repair will take. All this for a program that worked normally before I brought it and that I finally downloaded for free from the Internet and that we would avoid all this if I talked on the phone with your technician with whom I did not talk.

Είχα πρόβλημα με το λάπτοπ , είχα πάει σε άλλον τεχνικό ο οποίος με κορόιδευε , τα παιδιά ήταν ειλικρινής , και κατάφεραν να μου δώσουν λύση στο πρόβλημα μου. Ευχαριστώ.
