★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really poor service! They did not even answer on an appointment request I made in English for a Covid rapid antigen test we had to made for our return home. Their homepage is only in greek language, so it’s impossible to understand if appointments have to be fixed or not and how this is to do. We were 5 weeks on holiday in Greece and this was the only bad experience we made in this beautiful country. I contacted another laboratory in Ioannina and they kindly confirmed us an appointment immediately.
