F	Fotini Koklamani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρήγγειλα την Παρασκευή 6/8/21 και παρέλαβα σήμερα μετά από 2 εργάσιμες. Εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση κ πληροφόρηση για την εξέλιξη της παραγγελίας. Το προϊόν ήρθε επαρχία πολύ καλά συσκευασμένο κ σε άριστη κατάσταση. Ευχαριστώ πολύ! I ordered on Friday 6/8/21 and received today after 2 working days. Excellent service and information on the progress of the order. The product came to the province very well packaged and in excellent condition. Thank you very much!
A	Amalia Siamou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν συνηθίζω να σχολιάζω άσχημα μια εταιρεία ακόμη και αν δεν μείνω ευχαριστημένη, αλλά πραγματικά η εξυπηρέτηση τους ήταν απογοητευτική. Αγόρασα από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα του Κολωνακίου σχετικά ακριβά πεδιλα γνωστής μάρκας τα οποία εγιναν κομματια από την 2η φορά που τα φόρεσα. Τα πήγα στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα και μου είπαν ότι δεν έπρεπε να οδηγώ με αυτά και ότι ενδεχομένως δεν μπορεί η εταιρεία που οι ίδιοι τα προμηθεύονται να κάνει κάτι γιατί δεν είναι ελληνική. Ο τι δλδ εάν ήταν προϊόν κατασκευής την επωνυμίας "labrini" θα γινόταν αλλά τώρα όχι. Παρόλα αυτά μου είπαν ότι θα τα κρατήσουν για να ρωτήσουν, και όταν ξαναπηγα στο κατάστημα για να τα πάρω μια καθόλου ευγενική ξανθιά κυρία είπε με ύφος σε μια άλλη κοπέλα " δώσε της τα όπως ειναι". Παραβλέπω το γεγονός ότι έχουν προμηθευτές οι οποίοι δεν μπορούν να τους εξυπηρετήσουν αλλά αυτό είναι πρόβλημα δικό τους όταν το επιλέγουν. Εκείνοι έχουν την πελατεία. Επίσης παραβλέπω το γεγονός ότι θεωρουν αυτονόητο πως ένα καλό παπούτσι χαλάει τόσο γρήγορα επειδή οδηγείς με αυτό. ( ας αναφερόταν στις προδιαγραφές). Αυτό που δεν κατανοώ είναι γιατί πρπει να είσαι αγενής με έναν πελάτη που ήρθε με ευγένεια να ρωτήσει τι μπορεί να γίνει ενώ ήδη σου έχει πληρώσει ένα ακριβό παπούτσι. Από το ίδιο κατάστημα του Χαλανδρίου είχα στο παρελθόν εκπληκτική εξυπηρέτηση οφείλω να πω. I'm not used to commenting badly on a company even if I'm not happy, but their service was really disappointing. I bought from the specific store in Kolonaki relatively expensive sandals of a well-known brand which became pieces from the 2nd time I wore them. I took them to the specific store and they told me that I should not drive with them and that the company that supplies them may not be able to do something because it is not Greek. What if it was a product made under the brand name "labrini" would be done but not now. However, they told me that they would keep them to ask, and when I went back to the store to pick them up, a not at all kind blonde lady said in style to another girl "give it to her as it is". I overlook the fact that they have suppliers who can not serve them but this is their problem when they choose. They have the clientele. I also overlook the fact that they take it for granted that a good shoe breaks down so quickly because you drive with it. (let it refer to the specifications). What I do not understand is why you should be rude to a customer who came politely to ask what can be done while he has already paid you an expensive shoe. From the same store in Chalandri I had in the past amazing service I must say.
