★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doesn't have spare parts for some of the items that they sell. Not the best of experience, especially since some of the items have a considerable cost attached to them and need to be serviced every few years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them for a spare part and the person I was connect to told me that it it was available and gave me the retail price. I visited the store to buy the part and they told me that they do not stock this part and it will be available in two months...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charged me for an item that wasn't available. Had me waiting for God knows how long. I asked for a refund which still hasn't appeared in my bank account and the owner, Mr Lakiotis himself, told me it's not his problem and that I should call my bank. On top of everything, they even produced a wrong receipt which they then had to cancel. The whole experience was a complete disaster.
