The apartment was just like in the pictures, if not even better, with a great view to the sea. Another good thing was that the location was very close to the city center of Zante, and also to the organized beach of Zante, where you can go swimming and enjoy your dinner afterwards. In a nutshell, I totally recommend this place for a peaceful vacation.

Everything was perfect! The view is Amazing! Apartment is beautiful! And the host, Dennis is the nicest person we ever met! We will come back for sure! I totally recommend this apartment!

Fantastic place and host! I will definitely be returning!! Couldn’t of asked for a better apartment or better owner, the property exceeded all expectations and the host Dennis was extremely attentive and made sure we were happy at all times. Definitely the best apartment on the island in the best location.

We had a super relaxed holiday at this great accommodation with its amazing view! The atmosphere at the accommodation is great. There is a relaxed vibe. We visited in October, so the place and nearby beach was not crowded. We chatted now and then with the owners and other guests, who gave us suggestions about where to have great lunch or dinner. Access to the beach is so convenient.

This is a good place. The guy who runs it (Dennis) has clearly taken LOTS of care over the decor and interior and all the fixtures and fitting - and the general level of quality. All the walls and floors are spotlessly clean. The cupboards in our room were new and all the pots and pans in the self catering area were sparkling clean. The washing machine works fine and you can sleep with mosquito screens open at night if you wish and hear the ocean as you are drifting off to sleep. Okay yes, it's not in the main town, but it's only 9 minutes walk from the central square and you are better off out here on the edge. You can walk to the ocean for evening drinks and get your feet splashed as you drink a cold beer on the edge of the water. We got a 4th floor penthouse which was advertised as ocean view... it was, but partial ocean and part mountain overlooking the greenery, which was just fine. The supermarkets nearby are excellent and the quality of all the food is spot on. Get yourself to Zakynthos and enjoy it.

We have just come back from staying for a week at Lambros Apartments in Zakynthos Town. Overall we had a very pleasant week. I am scoring this apartment an overall rating of 3.5 out of 5 The Management and Service 5 out of 5 Denis the Manager is a very nice man, he is extremely helpful and is more than happy to help with recommendations for your trip, upon check in he will provide you with a map of the Island and some useful contacts, nothing is too much trouble for Denis and he is a fantastic host The Apartment. 4 out of 5 The apartment was very clean on our arrival and the apartments are serviced by a lift. Check in and checkout was extremely smooth Overall the apartments are very good, the apartment is a home away from home and ideal for people who like a more relaxed feel rather than staying in a hotel. There are basic cooking facilities including a Mini Oven and 2 cooking rings and a fridge a couple of saucepans and a frying pan, it is perfectly adequate for people who just want to cook breakfast, but it is not ideal for anything more adventurous. The apartment could have ideally done with a Microwave. There is also a washing machine in the apartment. The Bathroom was entirely adequate with good water pressure in the shower and there was always hot water. The toiletries provided were very nice Wifi Reception was ok and we were able to stream our Netflix without any problems. The beds were a bit too hard for my personal liking, I know some people prefer hard mattress, however, I prefer something a little softer. There is also a pull out bed settee in the apartment that also has a hard mattress so as some constructive criticism to the owners I would suggest supplying either a softer mattress for the bed or the pull out bed, that way they would be catering to all peoples preferences. Bedding was all clean and there were extra pillows and sheets available There is a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the sea with great sunrise views I score 4 out of 5 for the apartment which is still good and I only deducted 1 point for the lack of microwave and the hard mattress on bed, this is something that can easily be rectified by the management and something that they may wish to consider Location. 3 out of 5 The apartments are situated just a very short walk away from the main strip harbour where you will find lots of fantastic traditional taverns and seafood restaurants at very reasonable prices. There is a small stoned beach outside the apartments which is fantastic for swimming. This is a quite location apart from a dog that lives next door that tends to bark all day and can get quite annoying. There is a good Bus service which can take you to other resorts around the island and only costs 1.80 euro each way. One thing I will mention about Zakynthos town however, we were quite shocked at just how unkept the area is, considering this is the main port area where all the expensive yachts’ are moored up, you normally associate these area’s with money and are usually well kept, unfortunately this does not seem to be the case with Zakynthos Town, there are lots of broken pavements which is quite hazardous, lots of weeds growing out of the pavements and so much graffiti it was quite shocking to see. There is also a lot of corrugated rusty iron about the place that you need to keep you wits about you when walking late at night. Bins on the streets do not seem to get emptied enough and can cause quite a stink. This is not a reflection on the apartments as these are things that are outside the managers control however, it is always important to include location in any review. Zakynthos town is also not very disabled friendly with high kerbs everywhere, there are no drop kerbs anywhere allowing for disabled access wheel chairs, something that needs to be considered for disabled travellers. . The place is very new, nice and very clean. They took care of every small detail. The pillows and bed are super comfortable and high quality. Everything smells so nice and very clean. The TV also is big. Very quiet place. They also gave us a free map of Zakynthos. The host was super friendly and nice and he welcomed us very nicely. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

The bed was incredibly comfortable! The location is amazing since exactly opposite the property it’s the beach and it's walking distance from central square, two of the best areas in Zakynthos. Apartment was clean and the host was very reliable, welcoming and polite.
