I bought my car from this dealership on 12/20. The conditions I had set for the purchase from Lambda were to give me an offer for its services so that I could do them there. I had clarified to Mr. Antonakos that wherever the purchase is made, the service of the vehicle will be done. As I had also clarified that the offer will be about work and spare parts, although when we say service it means that it is about work and spare parts. When I made the appointment, I also said about service, not about spare parts. Indeed, the offer included the condition that I will have a 15% discount on service for 5 years. Following my agreement, I serviced my vehicle at the Lambda workshop, showed them the offer but the discount was made only on spare parts. When I called to complain I was connected with Mr. Antonakos who while he himself confirmed that this is what the offer really mentions, he would discuss it with the head of the workshop (because at the time of the initial offer he himself came and confirmed it) and would call me . I am still waiting for a phone call ............ I had informed my terms from the beginning and from the moment they were accepted I thought we had an honest and clear agreement.
