Σ	ΣΤΕΛΛΑ ΤΕΡΖΑΚΗ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η πιο άσχημη εμπειρία που έχω ζήσει επισκεπτόμενος ξενοδοχείο... Είχα κάνει κράτηση στο συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο για έναν αγώνα trail που θα διεξαγόταν στο χωριό Φολόη με την υπόδειξη των διοργανωτών. Δυστυχώς όμως δεν παραβρέθηκα στον αγώνα για θέμα υγείας όπως και ενημέρωσα το εν λόγω ξενοδοχείο για την απουσία μου. Παρόλα αυτά έγινε η πληρωμή γιατί η ακύρωση έγινε κοντά στην διαμονή – ήθελα να δω πως θα πάει η υγεία μου. Αποφάσισα να επισκεφτώ το μέρος στις 23.10.2021 και να διανυκτερεύσω στο συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο επικοινώνησα με την εν λόγω κυρία και μου είπε ότι το ξενοδοχείο κλείνει τέλος Οκτωβρίου, αλλά μπορούμε να μείνουμε αφού στο χώρο θα ήταν ο πατέρας της. Μας ενημέρωσε γραπτώς ότι στο δωμάτιο δε θα λειτουργεί η κεντρική θέρμανση, αλλά θα υπάρχουν θερμαινόμενα υποστρώματα στα κρεβάτια και ζεστό νερό. Μας ενημέρωσε επίσης ότι δεν θα υπήρχε άλλη κράτηση και αποφασίσαμε να μη δεσμεύσουμε τον πατέρα της – αφού ήταν και μεγάλος άνθρωπος – και να έχουμε δικό μας πρωινό. Στο ξενοδοχείο φτάσαμε αργά το απόγευμα κ ο ξενοδόχος είχε απρεπή συμπεριφορά απέναντι μας λέγοντας, ότι δε μπορούμε να πηγαίνουμε αργά καθότι δεν είναι το HILTON, ότι δε πιστεύει τίποτα από όσα θα πούμε και δε μας άφηνε να μιλήσουμε καν! Μας αποκάλεσε τσαμπατζήδες, ενώ το δωμάτιο είχε πληρωθεί, μας είπε ότι τον εμπαίζουμε γιατί δεν πήγαμε την ημέρα του αγώνα, ενώ του είπαμε για την ασθένεια και μας ζήτησε 25€ επιπλέον αλλιώς δε δεχόταν να μείνουμε. Εντέλει μας είπε να μείνουμε αλλά το δωμάτιο δεν είχε ΚΑΝ ΖΕΣΤΟ ΝΕΡΟ! Αντιεπαγγελματικη συμπεριφορά σε κάθε περίπτωση. Γενικότερα το ξενοδοχείο χρήζει ανακαίνισης, τα ξύλα είναι φαγωμένα και τα κεραμύδια στα μπαλκόνια έτοιμα να πέσουν. The worst experience I have had while visiting a hotel ... I had booked this hotel for a trail race that would take place in the village of Foloi at the suggestion of the organizers. Unfortunately, I did not attend the race for health and I informed the hotel in question about my absence. Nevertheless, the payment was made because the cancellation was close to the accommodation - I wanted to see how my health would go. I decided to visit the place on 23.10.2021 and spend the night in this hotel, I contacted the lady in question and she told me that the hotel closes at the end of October, but we can stay since her father would be at the place. He informed us in writing that the room will not have central heating, but there will be heated substrates in the beds and hot water. She also informed us that there would be no other booking and we decided not to commit her father - since he was also a big man - and to have our own breakfast. We arrived at the hotel late in the afternoon and the hotelier behaved inappropriately towards us saying that we can not go late as it is not the HILTON, that he does not believe anything we say and would not even let us talk! He called us squatters, while the room had been paid, he told us that we were playing him because we did not go on the day of the match, while we told him about the illness and he asked us for 25 € extra otherwise he would not let us stay. Finally he told us to stay but the room had NO WARM WATER! Unprofessional behavior in any case. Generally the hotel needs renovation, the wood is eaten and the tiles on the balconies are ready to fall.
