Όλα καλά, εκτός από το γεγονός της μη ύπαρξης POS στο Υποθηκοφυλακείο και στο Κτηματολογικό Γραφείο, με συνέπεια να ταλαιπωρούνται οι συναλλασσόμενοι και να μεταβαίνουν σε Τράπεζες για να καταβάλουν σε τραπεζικούς λογαριασμούς που τους υποδεικνύονται τα τέλη μεταγραφής και καταχώρησης. Επιπλέον νομίζω ότι στην ιστοσελίδα σας να προσθέσετε το e-mail της Υπηρεσίας για να μπορούν να επικοινωνήσουν ηλεκτρονικά οι συναλλασσόμενοι και να μη χρειάζεται να παίρνουν συνεχώς τηλέφωνα. Παλιό κτίριο μεν,αλλά εξυπηρέτηση καλή.Η είσοδος είναι μέσα από την στοά.Το κτηματολογικό γραφείο εξυπηρετεί μόνο την πόλη των Σερρών.Για την επαρχία υπάρχει το άλλο γραφείο που είναι ιδιωτική επιχείρηση,στην είσοδο της πόλης απέναντι από το στρατόπεδο.Πληρωνεις κ με κάρτα!
