Όλοι οι υπάλληλοι πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν και σε αφήνουν να κάνεις τον έλεγχο χωρίς να φωνασκουν και σε περίπτωση που χρειαστεις κάποια οδηγία ή πληροφορία είναι πάντα δίπλα σου. Συγχαρητήρια για την δουλειά που κάνουν!
 The mortgage office consists of excellent staff, who work and do not make fun of. All the employees are willing to help and let you check without shouting and in case you need some instruction or information they are always by your side. Congratulations on the work they do!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εδώ και δύο εβδομάδες περιμένω να εκκαθαριστεί η αίτηση μεταγραφής μου, ο υπεύθυνος δε, γνωρίζει πως έχω χρονικό περιορισμό από την τράπεζα και εξακολουθεί να με κρατά σε αναμονή. Μετά από 34 ημέρες αναμονής θα πάω στο υποθηκοφυλακείο αλλά και στο ειρηνοδικείο Λαυρίου να βρω το δίκιο μου. Ήθελα να ήξερα ο υπεύθυνος δεν ελέγχεται; Όσον αφορά τους υπαλλήλους κάποιες φορές είναι ευγενικοί- κακοδιάθετοι. Ευχαριστώ.
I have been waiting for my transfer request to be cleared for two weeks, and the person in charge knows that I have a time limit from the bank and is still keeping me waiting. After 34 days of waiting I will go to the mortgage office and the peace court of Lavrio to find my right. I wanted to know the person in charge is not controlled? As for the employees, sometimes they are polite-bad-tempered. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα για 2η φορά πριν μερικές εβδομάδες. Εξυπηρετηθηκα γρήγορα, αναμένω την ολοκλήρωση της μεταγραφής τον Ιούλιο.
Η τοποθεσία εξυπηρετεί και βολεύει, παρκάρεις κοντά.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Θα μπορούσε και έπρεπε η εξυπηρέτηση να είναι καλύτερη και περισσότερο ευέλικτο το προσωπικό. Να σε στέλνουν να ψάχνεις να βρεις, από ιδιώτες, ένα χαρτόσημο των 2 €, το οποίο πληρώνεις 5 € γιατί σε βρίσκουν στην ανάγκη, είναι ντροπή. Θα έπρεπε να υπάρχουν στο γραφείο.
Και κάτι τελευταίο. Καλά τα μέτρα κατά COVID, αλλά να υποχρεώνεις τον ΜΟΝΑΔΙΚΟ συναλλασσόμενο, να περιμένει έξω στην βροχή, είναι αναλγησία και αναισθησία!
The service could and should be better and more flexible staff. To be sent to look for to find, from individuals, a stamp of 2 €, which you pay 5 € because they find you in need, is a shame. They should be in the office.
One last thing. COVID measures are good, but forcing the ONLY trader to wait outside in the rain is analgesia and anesthesia!
