Κανένας σεβασμός στον πελάτη, απίστευτη ξινιλα κ απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά!!! Μας εξυπηρέτησε μια άλλη κοπέλα αφού η προηγουμενη ντίβα Τζόαν Κόλινς δεν καταδεχτηκε , η οποία ναι μεν ήταν ευγενική, όμως στα βαφτιστικά μας έλεγε ότι δεν σπάνε τα σετ κ πρέπει να τα πάρουμε όπως τα έχουν σεταρει εκείνες ενώ στο e shop τα κομμάτια πωλούνται μεμονωμένα...ψωνίσαμε δεν μπορώ να πω αλλά δεν ήταν κ ευχάριστη εμπειρία A very nice shop with the well-known quality clothes, but only that. Δεν ξέρω καν εάν δίνουν σημασία στις αξιολογήσεις η εταιρεία Lapin House,αλλά το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα κάνει μεγάλη ζημιά στο όνομα της εταιρείας..τι να πω..για την αγένεια ως προς τον πελάτη…για την φτωχή εξυπηρέτηση …θα προσπαθήσω να αποφύγω οποιαδήποτε αγορά ξανά στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα και εννοείται θα αποτρέψω όποιον γνωστό και φίλο για αγορά..τουλάχιστον να μην περάσουν την τραγική εμπειρία που είχαμε στο κατάστημα τους. In a simple word TRAGIC! I do not even know if the company Lapin House pays attention to the ratings, but this particular store does a lot of damage to the company name..what can I say..for the rudeness towards the customer… for the poor service… I will try to avoid any purchase again in the specific store and of course I will prevent any acquaintance and friend from buying..at least not to go through the tragic experience we had in their store.

Δεν καταλαβαίνω όμως πως μια τέτοια εταιρεία στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα έχει τέτοια πωλήτρια... Η πωλήτρια που πετύχαμε εμείς χθες ήταν τόσο επιθετική προκλητική κ αγενής που αν ήταν άλλος στη θέση μας σίγουρα θα είχε κάνει μεγάλο χαμό.. Πραγματικά κρίμα εύχομαι η εταιρεία να τη βοηθήσει κ να τη στείλει σ έναν καλό ψυχολόγο-ψυχίατρο κ να τη μετακινήσει καθώς κάνει κακό στην εταιρεια κ στο όνομα της! Επειδή η ποιότητα των ειδών Lapin είναι γνωστή και άριστη σε οποιοδήποτε κατάστημα Lapin ανά την Ελλάδα, θα ήθελα να εστιάσω στην άρτια εξυπηρέτηση που έλαβα. Επικοινώνησα τηλεφωνικα με μια κοπέλα από το κατάστημα Lapin στο Mc Arthur Glen ζητώντας της να με ενημερώσει για τη διαθεσιμότητα δύο κωδικών. Η κοπέλα άμεσα επικοινώνησε μαζί μου ενημερώνοντας ότι κανένα από τα δύο είδη δεν υπάρχει στο κατάστημα. Ωστόσο, δε σταμάτησε εκεί. Προσπάθησε να με βοηθήσει μιας και με εξυπηρετούσε πολύ να αγοράσω τα είδη που με ενδιέφεραν απο το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα καθώς βρισκεται πλησίον της κατοικίας μου. Το αποτέλεσμα ; Παρήγγειλε και τα 2 τα είδη και εντός μιας εβδομάδας τα έφερε στο κατάστημα, προκειμένου να μπορέσω να τα πάρω όλα από εκεί. Επιπλέον, να σημειωθεί ότι το κατάστημα δεν εμπορευεται/πουλα παιχνίδια και ο ενας εκ των δύο κωδικών που με ενδιέφερε, αφορούσε σε παιχνιδι. Παρολα αυτά, το Παρήγγειλε μόνο και μόνο για να μην με υποβάλλει σε ταλαιπωρία πηγαίνοντας σε άλλο κατάστημα μόνο για το παιχνίδι. Ειλικρινά, σας ευχαριστώ πολύ για την εξυπηρέτηση σας.
