Τελικά ο Παναγιώτης κατάφερε να κάνει την ανάκτηση, σχεδόν του συνόλου των αρχείων και έκανε και με δική του πρωτοβουλία ταξινόμηση, ανάλογα με το είδος των αρχείων και όχι μόνο. Έχοντας αρκετή εμπειρία στους υπολογιστές, δεν ήθελα να πάω σε κάποια γνωστή αλυσίδα γιατί χρειάζομαι προσωπική επαφή με τον πωλητή, για να βρω την καλύτερη και οικονομικότερη λύση για τις ανάγκες μου. Ο Παναγιώτης στο Laptopolis μου τα προσέφερε 100%. Με βοήθησε να αποφασίσω τις προδιαγραφές του υπολογιστή και μάλιστα σε πολύ καλή τιμή. Ασχολήθηκε κυριολεκτικά ώρες μαζί μου για να δει τι εξαρτήματα από το παλιό μου PC ήταν εκμεταλλεύσιμα, να μου εξηγήσει όλες τις απορίες μου, όχι μόνο για προδιαγραφές αλλά και μέχρι ποιο συγκεκριμένο εξάρτημα (σκληροί, κάρτες οθόνης κλπ.) είναι το κατάλληλο για τις ανάγκες μου. Η εξυπηρέτηση που είχα πραγματικά δεν την είχα πουθενά στα 25 χρόνια που ασχολούμαι με υπολογιστές! Με βοήθησε να ξοδέψω λιγότερα από ότι αν θα αγόραζα κάτι χωρίς τις συμβουλές του. Επίσης, εκτός από τα παραπάνω, έχω το κεφάλι μου ήσυχο πως για ότι χρειαστώ, υπάρχει κάποιος επαγγελματίας εμπιστοσύνης και άριστος τεχνικός να με υποστηρίξει. Αυτό είναι δύσκολο να το βρεις, ακόμα και αν είσαι διατεθειμένος να ξοδέψεις αρκετά χρήματα. Με λίγα λόγια, άξιζε με το παραπάνω και το τελευταίο ευρώ που ξόδεψα. Το συστήνω με κλειστά μάτια.
