★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We missed the train to Volos due to lacking number of platform posting next to the announcement of train number on the main information screen in the train station hall; how would we know that the train leaves on platform 6. As they said “ you should have asked” :))) We have never had this before while travelling around Europe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The railway station is outdated and with lack of signs. If you travel, go earlier in order to catch the right train. Howewer, there is a private cafe aside with a wonderful garden for kids and adults and you can enjoy it either yoy travel or not.
