★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here to do my laundry, thinking I’d be able to do it myself. I guess not. Okay, that’s fine. I left my clothes with the guy who worked there. After picking my clothes up, I went through them. A shirt that I had worn one time had marks all over it. My bras had also been put in the dryer. A lot of my clothes are now misshapen with snags. If you care about your clothes, DON’T take them here.

Quite a few “excellent” here - very glad to read it.
We gave out things to our hotel , they gave it to SNow White.
Women Underwear came back damaged, bras turned from BEIGE to GREY and one hook left, last : we lost socks and tee shirts came back spoiled too. We DID separate white from black - of course!
We could understand that maybe it was too hot or the speed was too strong. No problem.
When we went to discuss with them” they literally yelled at us. The owner (man) told us “bye-bye”. Not even trying to open any discussion or propose any solution. Broken is broken but acknowledging a “mistake” would at least have been a step toward customers.
About the lady, she tried to understand which we really appreciated. Thanks for it.
Rude, not customer “oriented” , no partial refund no nothing.
Cool to know that such BAD services are still around in such a beautiful place as Naxos Island.
Would not say “do not go” but would definitely advise to “watch out”.
