★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πάρα πολύ όμορφα και καινούργια δωμάτια, Πήγαμε μέσα με τέλη Σεπτεμβρίου. Πολύ εξυπηρετικοί, το μόνο που θα ήθελα είναι να ήταν λίγο πιο καθαρο το δωμάτιο..
 Very nice and new rooms, We went in at the end of September. Very helpful, I just wish the room was a little cleaner ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι καθαρό και καινούριο αλλά ο 1ος όροφος στην ουσία είναι ισόγειο. Δεν βρηκα έξτρα μαξιλάρια/μαξιλαροθήκες και καλάθι σκουπιδιων
It is clean and new but the 1st floor is basically ground floor. I did not find any extra pillows / pillowcases and trash cans

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτο “ξενοδοχείο”. Δεν υπήρχε ρεσεψιόν και δε μας είχαν ενημερώσει για αυτό και πως το κλειδί θα το βρίσκαμε εμείς σε ένα ντουλαπάκι και θα μπαίναμε μόνοι μας. Στο δωμάτιο δεν λειτουργούσαν τα τηλεκοντρόλ και η τηλεόραση δεν έπιανε σήμα. Έπεφτε διαρκώς η ασφάλεια του μπάνιου και δεν άναβε το φως καθώς και η θέρμανση. Το βράδυ δεν είχε ζεστό νερό λόγω αυτού. Καλούσαμε και δεν το σήκωνε κανένας ποτέ και αναγκαστήκαμε να κάνουμε μπάνιο με κρύο νερό. Πήραμε τηλέφωνο για μια διευκρίνιση για την τιμή ένα πρωί και είπαν θα μας καλέσουν και δε μας κάλεσαν ποτε! Απαράδεκτοι το λιγότερο.
Unacceptable "hotel". There was no reception and we were not informed about it and how we would find the key in a closet and enter by ourselves. The room did not have remote controls and the TV did not pick up the signal. The safety of the bathroom was constantly falling and the light as well as the heating did not turn on. The night did not have hot water because of that. We called and no one ever picked it up and we had to take a bath with cold water. We got a call for a price clarification one morning and they said they would call us and they never called us! Unacceptable at least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αθλιότατο, το ελάχιστο!! Το ξενοδοχείο δεν έχει ρεσεψιόν και για να μάθω ποιό είναι το δωμάτιό μου ή για οποιαδήποτε άλλη πληροφορία έπρεπε να μιλήσω τηλεφωνικά με την ιδιοκτήτρια. Ακόμη, μετακινούμαι με αναπηρικό αμαξίδιο και ενώ πήρα τηλέφωνο και ρώτησα αν έχω πρόσβαση στο ξενοδοχείο και με διαβεβαίωσαν, η ράμπα για να ανέβω ηταν απίστευτα απότομη, με αποτέλεσμα να χρειάζομαι αλλά τρία άτομα για να με ανεβάζουν/κατεβάζουν. Εκτός από αυτό, πριν τη ράμπα το έδαφος είχε μόνο χαλίκια/βότσαλα και το αμαξίδιο δεν μπορούσε να τσουλίσει μέχρι τη ράμπα. Τα δωμάτια μέσα ήταν μεν ανακαινισμένα με καινούρια έπιπλα, ωστόσο η τουαλέτα ήταν πλήρως ακατάλληλη γιατί είχε μια ντουζιέρα στην οποία με το ζόρι χώραγε ένα άτομο όρθιο, με "τοιχακι" γύρω γύρω για να μη φεύγουν τα νερά, μπροστά από την ντουζιέρα από τη μια πλευρά ειχε τοποθετηθεί η λεκάνη και από την άλλη πλευρά ο νιπτήρας, με αποτέλεσμα να μην εχω πρόσβαση ούτε εκεί. Στο ξενοδοχείο έκατσα τρεις μέρες, από τις οποίες τις δυόμισι δεν είχε όλο το ξενοδοχείο ρεύμα, διότι έπεφτε συνεχώς, με αποτέλεσμα τα δωμάτια να μην έχουν ούτε θέρμανση, ούτε ζεστό νερό, ενώ ακόμα στο δωμάτιό μου δε λειτουργούσε ούτε η τηλεόραση. Επομένως αν θέλετε να πάτε διακοπές και να περάσετε ωραία και να μην ταλαιπωρηθείτε, αυτό το ξενοδοχείο θα πρέπει να είναι η τελευταία σας επιλογή!
Very miserable, to say the least !! The hotel does not have a reception and to find out what my room is or any other information I had to talk to the owner by phone. Also, I travel in a wheelchair and while I got on the phone and asked if I had access to the hotel and they assured me, the ramp to go up was incredibly steep, so I needed but three people to pick me up / down. Apart from that, before the ramp the ground had only gravel / pebbles and the wheelchair could not slip up to the ramp. The rooms inside were renovated with new furniture, however the toilet was completely unsuitable because it had a shower in which a person was forced to stand, with a "wall" around so that the water would not leave, in front of the shower on one side the sink was placed on one side and the sink on the other, so I could not access it either. I stayed in the hotel for three days, two and a half of which the whole hotel did not have electricity, because it was constantly falling, with the result that the rooms had neither heating nor hot water, while even in my room the TV was not working. So if you want to go on vacation and have a good time and not suffer, this hotel should be your last choice!
