I ordered a 2.5 kg cake and I called them the next day and asked for 3 kilos, they brought me 2,600 cakes, when I got on the phone they did not even apologize, unacceptable ???
k	kostas panag on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάποτε είχε καλά γλυκά. Πλέον έχουν αγενέστατο προσωπικό και προσπαθούν να σου πουλήσουν όλη τη σαβούρα. Απαράδεκτοι. It used to have good sweets. Now they have very rude staff and they are trying to sell you all the rubbish. Unacceptable.

Σήμερα όμως πήγα και αγόρασα ένα κουτί με διάφορα γλυκά, όπως μιλφειγ, τρίγωνα Πανοράματος, κωκ, σουδακια κτλ και ήταν όλα ένα προς ένα μπαγιατικα. Τα αγόρασα για κέρασμα και ειλικρινά ντράπηκα που τα προσέφερα. Το φύλλο από το τρίγωνο καθώς και το μιλφειγ είχαν τραβήξει υγρασία φουλ, η γέμιση σε όλα τα γλυκάκια είχε περίεργη γεύση. Ειλικρινά είχα να το λέω ότι είχε πολυ ωραία γλυκά και απογοητεύτηκα . Τα γλυκά τα αγοράσαμε σήμερα 12 και κάτι περίπου και καταναλώθηκαν άμεσα. Ήταν ότι χειρότερο έχω φάει. Εάν ένα από όλα.αυτα δεν ήταν καλό θα έλεγα οκ ίσως έτυχε η ξέφυγε κάτι αλλά ήταν ένα κουτί από διάφορα γλυκάκια και ήταν όλα ένα προς ένα ότι χειρότερο. Να σημειωθεί επίσης ότι είχα ζητήσει τούρτα μπουενο.τις προάλλες και μου έβαλαν άλλη τελικά με γεύση καφέ ,μόκα η κάτι τέτοιο. Λεω εντάξει λάθη γίνονται αλλά σήμερα ήταν το τελειωτικό χτύπημα. Σίγουρα δεν θα ψωνίσω ξανά. I was constantly shopping from this particular patisserie, especially the wonderful cakes. But today I went and bought a box of various sweets, such as millefeuille, Panorama triangles, coke, sudakia, etc. and it was all one by one stale. I bought them for a treat and I was honestly ashamed to offer them. The leaf from the triangle as well as the millefeuille had absorbed full moisture, the filling in all the sweets had a strange taste. I honestly had to say that it had very nice sweets and I was disappointed. We bought the sweets today at about 12 and something and they were consumed immediately. It was the worst I have ever eaten. If one of them was not good I would say ok maybe something happened or escaped but it was a box of different sweets and it was all one by one the worst. It should also be noted that I had asked for a bueno cake the other day and they finally put another one with coffee flavor, mocha or something like that. I say okay mistakes are made but today was the final blow. I will definitely not shop again.
