k	k k on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οι απόφοιτοι σας αρχίζουν την πορεία τους στα εστιατόρια με την αντίληψη του «chef» και θεωρούν σε πλειοψηφία ότι θα αλλάζουν τα εστιατόρια που εργάζονται κάθε 3-6 μήνες για να αποκτήσουν εμπειρία. Η ΕΚΠΑΙΔΕΥΣΗ ΚΑΙ Η ΕΜΠΕΙΡΙΑ ΠΛΗΡΩΝΕΤΑΙ!!!! Τα εστιατόρια ΔΕΝ ΕΙΝΑΙ ΕΚΠΑΙΔΕΥΤΙΚΑ ΙΔΡΥΜΑΤΑ!!! Θα έπρεπε σαν σχολή να το περνάτε αυτό στους φοιτητές σας. Τα παιδιά που βγαίνουν από τη σχολή σας έχουν κατά πλειοψηφία την γνώμη ότι θα αναλάβουν μια κουζίνα με τις προμήθειες σαν αρχιμάγειρας και ο επιχειρηματίας ιδιοκτήτης θα τους παραγγείλει όλα αυτά τα υλικά με τα οποία απαιτούν να δουλέψουν. Από την πλευρά τους πόλοι ιδιοκτήτες εστιατορίων κρίνουν μόνοι τους ποσά χρήματα θα ξοδέψουν για το food cost. Αυτό δημιουργεί ΤΕΡΑΣΤΙΕΣ προστριβές με αποτέλεσμα να δυσκολεύει τα παιδιά από την σχολή σας να παραμείνουν πιο μακροχρόνια σε μια επιχείρηση και η επιχείρηση από την πλευρά της να συνυπολογιζει το κόστος που έχουν οι συνεχόμενες αλλαγές στην μισθοδοσία της. Θα ήταν καλό η σχολή σας να ασχοληθεί λίγο περισσότερο με αυτό το θέμα μιας και η εστίαση είναι μια μεγάλη οικονομική δύναμη στην χώρα μας και θα έπρεπε τα νέα παιδιά να αρχίζουν με σύγχρονες αντιλήψεις για να μπορέσει η εστίαση στην Ελλάδα να φτάσει στα ψιλά επίπεδα που θα μπορούσε. Από την παιδιά αρχίζουν όλα...... Your graduates start their career in restaurants with the concept of "chef" and the majority believe that they will change the restaurants they work every 3-6 months to gain experience. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE IS PAID !!!! Restaurants ARE NOT EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS !!! You should pass this on to your students as a school. The majority of the children who leave your school are of the opinion that they will take over a kitchen with the supplies as a chef and the business owner will order all these materials with which they require to work. For their part, many restaurant owners judge for themselves how much money they will spend on food cost. This creates HUGE friction as a result of which it is difficult for the children from your school to stay longer in a business and the company in turn takes into account the cost of the continuous changes in its payroll. It would be good for your school to deal a little more with this issue since catering is a great economic force in our country and young children should start with modern perceptions so that catering in Greece can reach the fine levels that could. It all starts with the children ......
