G	Giorgia Pan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δε θέλω να είμαι αυστηρή γιατί δοκίμασα την πίτσα μια μόνο φορά χτες αλλά σίγουρα δεν έμεινα ευχαριστημένη. Η αλήθεια είναι ότι οι φωτογραφίες με παρακίνησαν να καλέσω, η πίτσα έμοιαζε ιταλική. Παρήγγειλα μια Margherita con mozzarella di bufala (βουβαλίσια μοτσαρελα, δεν υπήρχε, ήταν απλή μοτσαρελα), σάλτσα ντομάτας San Marzano (δεν περίμενα να είναι όντως από το San Marzano, κοντά στη Νάπολη, αλλά έστω να φαίνεται και να είναι γευστική), πικάντικο σαλάμι (σκληρό, ίσως είναι όντως από Ιταλία και κατ'επέκταση δεν είναι φρέσκο) και μανιτάρια (ωραία). Το ζυμάρι αρκετά σκληρό, παρότι θύμιζε ιταλικό ζυμάρι. Επίσης πήρα μια focaccia. Δεν θύμιζε την focaccia που ξέρω αλλά ίσως σε άλλα μέρη της Ιταλίας να την κάνουν έτσι, ή να είναι α λα ελληνικά. Νόστιμη, απλα νομίζω ότι ή την κάνεις λεπτή αφού έχει μόνο μυρωδικά ή βάζεις και άλλα υλικά, σάλτσα, τυρί κ. α. Γενικά η εντύπωσή μας και από τα δύο ήταν ότι φάγαμε μόνο ζυμάρι. Το προσωπικό στο τηλέφωνο πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικό, και ο χρόνος αναμονής πολύ καλός. Αν αυτό το σχόλιο μπορεί να λειτουργήσει ως τρόπος βελτίωσης (εκ μέρους μια πελάτισσας που ξέρει από καλή ιταλική πίτσα), νομίζω πρέπει να εστιάσετε στην ποιότητα και την ποσότητα των υλικών. Φιλικά. I do not want to be strict because I tried the pizza only once yesterday but I was definitely not happy. The truth is that the photos prompted me to call, the pizza looked Italian. I ordered a Margherita con mozzarella di bufala (buffalo mozzarella, did not exist, it was plain mozzarella), San Marzano tomato sauce (I did not expect it to be from San Marzano, near Naples, but even if it looks and tastes good), spicy salami (hard, maybe it's really from Italy and therefore not fresh) and mushrooms (nice). The dough was quite hard, although it resembled Italian dough. I also got a focaccia. It did not resemble the focaccia I know but maybe in other parts of Italy they do it that way, or it's all Greek. Delicious, I just think that you either make it thin since it only has herbs or you add other ingredients, sauce, cheese etc. In general, our impression from both was that we only ate dough. The staff on the phone very helpful, and the waiting time very good. If this comment can work as a way of improvement (on behalf of a customer who knows good Italian pizza), I think you should focus on the quality and quantity of the ingredients. Friendly.

And talking like nobody care. The quality each time is different. Everything going from bad to worst. And the pizzas came cold finally after 2 hours.
