Expinsive and not very good , I go to other with 8 euro and was very nice and better from this place , I can say the To be fair, the service is very good but there is no experience or interest in the customer I'm one of the people who won't come back again

Asked a friend to help find a good salon in central Thessaloniki, and he recommended Mr. Lefas as he had heard very good things from wedding planner & photographer friends. We booked the haircut with Mr. Lefas, and asked for a color at the salon as well. Both my girlfriend (who was getting her hair cut) and I were ignorant of the process, but thought maybe we'd need to come back a second time to get her hair lightened as she was going from black to blonde. The staff explained what they were doing throughout the process (in English to my girlfriend when they could), mentioned we'd likely have to come back for a second color appointment, and the process went very well. The color came out okay, the cut came out fantastic. Mr. Lefas took a complete interest in the cut and color and was constantly walking around the salon making sure everyone was being taken care of to a very high standard. The only issue we had was that the colorist didn't understand the haircut length and died the hair too low, but we had to come back for a second color (the lightening worked, but the blonde wasn't light enough) so the issue was fixed during the second appointment. This was as much my fault in being ignorant of what we needed or what to ask as it was the colorist's, so I did not take any stars off. The front desk took care of the appointment right there as we were leaving the first appointment and all around the staff was professional and helpful. When we came in for the second appointment we were greeted by name, we were immediately taken upstairs for the second color, the second color went very well (since the team now knew what type of hair my girlfriend has), and Mr. Lefas even snuck her in for a second quick session to perfect the cut. My girlfriend has gotten this type of cut multiple times, but was only happy with it once (the first time). She had tried to color her hair once before and it did not go well (black to blonde is very difficult, I've learned). She was very happy with the cut the first time we came out, and ecstatic with both the cut and color the second time. The prices may be high compared to your typical neighborhood barbershop but this salon is very professional and Mr. Lefas himself is a bargain compared to the quality cut you get. He also speaks English well and will help translate to the rest of the staff if you do not speak Greek. We were both very happy and will return next time we're in Thessaloniki.

Good hairdressers but mine did not speak English. Hygiene is poor, the sinks were full of dirt and old hair from previous treatments. I asked for the price beforehand. Told them exactly what i wanted. They gave me a price. I saw the price list. Thought i could trust them so i sat back and relaxed, not paying much attention to what he did. I did not get what i asked for. The hairdresser didn’t tell me that he did something else than what I ordered. I had no idea Noone told me what was going on. In the end they charged more than what we agreed on. Steer away…

Love Dimitri's ability to see beyond my expectations. His haircuts are like psychotherapy, they give you a new vantage point on how good you can look (and feel). The place is comfortable, and stylish. Staff is always polite. I am a happy costumer.

They never try to do their best. They are just easy going , feels like they are bored. I tried two times to colour my hair ( one was just the root and the other I requested some highlights). Nothing at all. They convinced me that they can not do the highlights and ended up with just a plain colour. Easy way , one colour , no effort, feels like they are just bored to try their best.
