P	Paula Rigby on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic Hotel ideally located next to the bus station and 5 minutes walk to the Harbour! It is excellent value for money and given its location you can't go wrong. The 95 year old owner is a 'real character' and anyone who complains about his quirky mannerisms has no sense of adventure! There are few better places to stay in Chania Town, if you want easy access to get in and out of the city using the excellent public transport system!

Rooms are nice and the place is chill. The price/quality ratio is very good. People from the reception are always very friendly..

Clean, good service at the reception, no breakfast, good wifi signal everywhere, depending on the room location can be quiet or a bit less quiet during rush hours. Very close to the city's main buss station with supermarkets nearby , coffee delivery place very close to the hotel and a total 10min away from the old harbour. I totally recommend this hotel if luxury is not your 1st priority but you are looking for a decent, clean and near the center place to live for your vacations.

K	Kevin M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent hotel for those on a budget. Rooms are small and walls are thinly insulated so you can hear your neighbors pretty well. Showers are a square about 30 inches by 30 inches with only a shower curtain as an enclosure. No breakfast included. It is very close to the port and downtown Chania and rooms are clean.

The hotel is located on a very busy road, and when you open the balcony door to seat outside apart from the noise you get the mosquitos too as there are no fly screens. My bathroom sink was cracked. Also the bathroom door was hanging which was fixed but the door was not closing. I stayed September 2019. I liked that it was close by the buses and the shops
B	Booking.com user on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Staff really helpful particularly re sleeping through checkout time due to very late night. They also have a printer so to check in and print boarding passes for flights (which was really helpful) and they kept our bags all day when we had an evening flight. It's 7 mins walk to the harbour where all the restaurants are amd less than 5 to general central location. Whereas there is no bar there's one directly across the road and whereas the room was basic it was clean and the bed was comfortable and there is air-conditioning. once we discovered that there was a shutter on the window everything was much better (as the previous night we hadn't realised and hence the room was very bright). Downside is Street /traffic noise from approx 7 am so if you like to sleep in it is pretty annoying. Would definitely go back but if it's luxury you're after etc it's not the hotel for you. I like both but for a city visit this was perfect if you don't want to pay lots for a hotel room you're not in that much.. Negative: Shower is a hand held one and fridge in room made noise- but then some might find a fridge useful.
L	Lauren on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The staff were amazing, everyone was so friendly so it was such a pleasant experience. The location was fantastic, it was such a short walk into the centre that we just left our hired car outside the hotel and walked. Fully air conditioned room which was so needed! Probably the best WiFi I have experienced anywhere as well.. Negative: The bathroom facilities were a bit basic but for the price I can't really complain too much. Really apart from this, there is nothing to criticise!.
