On top of that, they could not charge us, which is even more unfair given the economic conditions imposed to Greece

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today ( 04.09.2021) I had a bad and disgusting experience at this hospital from Lefkada. My girlfriend touched a very hot iron and burned his hand. The skin was damaged and the pain was bad(she was crying). The only thing what they did when we arrived there with health insurance was to recommend a cream... So disapointing. Shame for nurses and doctors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very fast and kind service. My kid hurt her nail really bad and we went there to ask for medical consultation/assistance. We went to the emergency and were admitted within a couple of minutes. After getting a first aid we were sent to the hospital (prior to entering we had to do a rapid Covid test). We got to see two kind doctors and finished the visit in no time. Very nice and kind people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For all the people who work there, from reception, to nurses, doctors and technical workers in the emergency, you guys rock!
It's very stressful to go to a hospital when you don't speak the local language and you're in need of medical help, but every single person who worked there treated me with a lot of patience and almost everyone understood English. There was no waiting time, they checked and took care of me immediately. The hospital is new, the equipment is brand new, the protocols due to the pandemic are clearly followed! I want to thank everyone who assisted with my flipped ankle!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DON'T YOU EVER GO TO THAT HOSPITAL .Very bad attitude from the doctors.They don't want to work.It is a shame for Lefkada and Greece . Zero stars .
Do not go to that hospital doctors with zero experience and very bad attitude.If someone listening from the Government:They all need to be fired.From the entrance to the doctors.It is a shame for Greece such bad person that work there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a burst kidney stone and pain like I couldn't believe the staff at the hospital from the ambulance to discharge were amazing.
It is very stressful when on holiday in a country whose language you don't speak well to fall ill, the staff here could not have been better.
If you are the MD of this hospital you should be very proud of the care and professionalism your staff give.
