In October 2019 I got in contact with LefkadaHolidayRentals (LHR) for the first time. I made a reservation of a very nice villa. The plan was to rent the house in August 2020, but unfortunately, the plan had to change due to the pandemic. During springtime 2020 I had quite a few mail conversations with LHR regarding the covid-19 issues and how to go about the property I had booked. LHR was very professional. I got quick responses to my questions and they were very helpful to find a solution. We made an agreement to postpone the rental of the villa to August 2021. As August 2021 was approaching the issues with the covid-19 remained and once again I had quite a few mail conversations with LHR. The situation from 2020 was repeating itself again. LHR answered my mails very promptly. As the situation in Greece got worse I could not take the risk to travel with unvaccinated children/youngsters. The LHR were very considerate and helpful. They took my concerns seriously. At the end I had to cancel the whole trip. My family and I were very sad. We had all looked forward to this trip for almost two years. It is in moments like this you want a serious partner/agent that fully understands the issues you are facing and try to find a solution. I did not get the opportunity make use of my reservation, but I am very pleased with the fantastic service LHR provided. It is when you experience difficulties you notice if a partner/agent is good or not. In terms of my experience I strongly recommend LHR. I hope I will be able to use their services another time. Let us hope covid-19 will be history soon.

We were a group of 12 people who rented Villa Tina and Villa Christy for one week in July this year. As a matter of fact we were supposed to go on a cruise but the shipped we booked and paid for was never delivered. Lefkada-Rentals made an excellent and very professional effort to help us out the same day as the vessel was supposed to be delivered. (all our guests were already in Lefkada waiting for the boat !) Initially we were 14/15 people to host and organise for in one morning but eventually we had to send the children home to reduce the people of the group. Moreover they did an amazing job in organising 2 rental vehicles, 3 day tours with a boat with capacity for 12 people and finally a transfer with taxi boat from Nidri to Zakynthos from where we had our plane tickets back to our different home countries. I have only positive things to say about Lefkada-Rentals as well as the two villas and can highly recommend both. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you once again for all you did.

This year we stayed at Villa Zorba in Sivota and enjoyed the comfort, privacy, tranquillity and stunning views it offered. It is a cherished home with delightful owners.

Superb villa very comfortable for 10/12. Each room with its own privacy and a large common area. Conditions brand new, including kitchen perfectly equipped. Marvelous outside areaa with super-swimming pool. We had dinners in the patio outside. The only small remark : the last km of gravel road to get to the villa.

Where to begin. From the moment we booked, to the moment we arrived, to the time we spent in the beautiful villa, to the the moment we (sadly) had to depart, Katerina, Anna, Melanie and their colleagues were professional, welcoming, kind and attentive. Checking in and out could not have been easier, and the team's Sivota colleagues Barbara and Aris made sure we had what we needed throughout our stay. Our villa was private, quiet, sparkling-clean, to say nothing of what we had come for: the almost panoramic views and the sea. The only problem was that 12 days was not long enough! I have stayed in the usual managed villas in Lefkada (CRBO, etc), but this was an altogether more personal level of service with an unrivalled knowledge of locality. Recommending to friends and family, and already planning our next trip with Lefkada Rentals.

We had a wonderful holiday staying at Villa Sivota. Fabulous villa with everything you could need and amazing location. We could pop to the end of the garden for a swim, or walk 200 metres and have food & drinks. Barbara met us when we arrived and answered all our questions. Barbara was then on hand with fantastic advice and recommendations - she has the best 'Can-do' attitude and it really made our holiday. Thank you, great team, great communications - we will be back!
