L	Lambros K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση!! Είχα κάνει κράτηση 3 ημέρες πριν και όταν έφτασα εκεί έκαναν ότι δεν ήξεραν τίποτα, μιλώντας τηλεφωνικά με κάποια κυρια. Ταξίδεψα τον Νοέμβριο 2021. Unacceptable service !! I had booked 3 days before and when I got there they pretended they knew nothing, talking on the phone with some ladies. I traveled in November 2021.

Μηδέν εξυπηρέτηση , καμία επικοινωνία η κοπέλα που δουλεύει εκεί , η χειρότερη εμπειρία που είχα με διαφορά , απορώ πραγματικά με όλα τα καλά σχόλια ! THE WORST !!! Zero service, no communication the girl who works there, the worst experience I had by far, I really wonder with all the good comments!
L	Léa Bayram on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonne chambre dans le centre-ville de Lefkada mais... La chambre est moderne, de bonne taille et les équipements sont modernes. Une terasse privée avec parasol et même un petit haul d'entrée. La douche est très bien, une vraie parroie en verre, et une belle colonne de douche. Petite déception quand même car nous avions loué une chambre avec une baignoire... Autre point, cette fois vraiment négatif : 5€ de frais de ménage supplémentaire sont a payer, jusque là pas de soucis mais quand on voit les dizaines de moustiques écrasés contre les murs accompagnés des traces de chaussures qui ont servies à les tuer... c'est un peu moyen... c'est propre mais faut pas regarder de trop près. La personne qui loue l'appartement n'est pas des plus chaleureuse, ni des plus acceuillante... Payer de préférence par CB car en cash elle déclare a booking que vous n'êtes pas venu et évite ainsi la commission... Bref bien mais mitigé Good room in downtown Lefkada but ... The room is modern, a good size and the facilities are modern. A private terrace with parasol and even a small entrance hall. The shower is very good, a real glass wall, and a nice shower column. Small disappointment anyway because we had rented a room with a bath ... Another point, this time really negative: 5 € additional cleaning costs are to be paid, so far no worries but when you see dozens of mosquitoes crushed against the walls accompanied by traces of shoes that were used to kill them ... it's a bit average .. .it is clean but you shouldn't look too closely. The person who rents the apartment is not the warmest, nor the most welcoming ... Pay preferably by credit card because in cash it declares a booking that you did not come and thus avoids the commission ... In short, good but mixed

Ε	Ευαγγελία Τσιαντη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά! Έκανα κράτηση για Καθαρά Δευτέρα περίπου ένα μήνα νωρίτερα. Μπέρδεψαν οι υπάλληλοι τις ημερομηνίες με αποτέλεσμα φτάνοντας στο νησί να μην έχουμε δωμάτιο (!) ?Τα δωμάτια δεν είναι ευδιάκριτα...μοιάζουν με κανονικό σπίτι χωρίς πουθενά να αναγράφεται η ονομασία που έχουν "εδώ"(ίντερνετ, booking). Το gps να μας το βγάζει σωστά και εμείς να ψαχνόμαστε (μα που είναι; Και να φοβάσαι μην χτυπήσεις καποια λάθος πόρτα). ?Παίρνω τηλέφωνο κ η υπάλληλος "καμία κράτηση σε αυτό το όνομα" Ξαναπαίρνω τηλεφωνο...πάλι η ίδια απάντηση! Μα λέω μήπως να κοιτάξετε άλλη ημερομηνία? Μήπως έγινε κάποιο λάθος? Κ είχε γίνει το λάθος!Μπέρδεψαν τις ημερομηνίες! Πληρότητα το κατάλυμα....δεν μπορούσε να μας εξυπηρετήσει! ?Ζήτησα να μας προτείνουν κάποιο άλλο κατάλυμα στην ίδια τιμή, μιας κ το λάθος ήταν δικό τους...και με "ξεπεταξαν" με ένα μηνυματάκι όπου έδινε ενα τηλέφωνο κ ένα δωμάτιο (όχι ίδιας κατηγορίας)! Ψάξαμε κ βρήκαμε άλλο! Πολλές επιλογές η όμορφη Λευκάδα! Unacceptable behavior! I booked for Net Monday about a month earlier. The employees confused the dates with the result that when we arrived on the island we did not have a room (!) ΔωμάτιαThe rooms are not visible ... they look like a normal house without anywhere the name they have "here" (internet, booking). The gps get it right for us and we look for it (but where is it? And be afraid of knocking on the wrong door). I get the phone and the clerk "no booking in this name" I get a phone call again ... the same answer again! But I say do you look at another date? Did something go wrong? The mistake had been made! They confused the dates! Fullness of accommodation .... could not serve us! I asked them to offer us another accommodation at the same price, since the mistake was theirs ... and they "threw me out" with a message where he gave a phone and a room (not of the same category)! We searched and found another! The beautiful Lefkada has many options!
A	Alessandro Miolli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartamento dignitoso con una stanza con angolo cottura un piccolo bagno privo di finestra ma con aspiratore avente una bella doccia water e lavandino, una grande camera da letto con un letto piazza e mezza francese un balconcino che affacciava all'interno dove poter fare una piacevole colazione. Divieto tassativo di fumare nell'appartamento. Nota negativa una scarsa pulizia degli ambienti soprattutto le mattonelle del bagno. Consiglierei di far trovare un minimo di alimenti di prima necessità come zucchero sale olio ed una bottiglia d'acqua di benvenuto. Decent apartment with a room with kitchenette, a small bathroom with no window but with an aspirator having a nice shower, toilet and sink, a large bedroom with a French size bed and a small balcony overlooking the interior where you can have a pleasant breakfast . Strictly no smoking in the apartment. Negative note a poor cleaning of the rooms especially the bathroom tiles. I would recommend that you find a minimum of basic necessities such as sugar, salt, oil and a welcome bottle of water.

В кухні було все, що потрібно ..кавоварка, тостер, посуда.... А п'ять зірок я поставив ще тому, що ціна за цей номер була найменша серед подібних номерів на нашому маршруті. We had a nice two-level room for 5 people. Three bedrooms (one with shower), toilet (shower and toilet), kitchen-living room (on the ground floor). The kitchen had everything you need ..coffee maker, toaster, utensils .... And I put five stars because the price for this room was the lowest among similar rooms on our route.
