Lemon Poppy Seed, parallel with its salon activities, is a training organizer. We invite some of the best European education teams in the very centre of Athens for hairdressing training seminars.
Here, salon owners and their staff can train themselves according to their needs. You can choose if you want to have a guest team either for in-salon education or to participate in one of our seminars that we organize for very small audiences.
All seminars are tailor-made. This means that in whatever you choose to be trained (either cutting or colouring) you can discuss your needs with us and we will inform the guest team for your needs, we will provide you with the appropriate models, in order to strengthen your weak points. If your needs are completely different from the level of the seminar we organize, we will prompt you to attend another seminar in another period that suits you better.
Our seminars are suitable for hairdressers who travel abroad for training and they don’t want to spend that amount of money anymore. We bring you high quality training in affordable prices without having to leave your business back and lose money.

β β β β β My wife wanted to get her hair blowdry and shampoo like she does every second day LOL! But jokes apart. This place is awesome. They also serve beer and jagermeister as you get your hair or nails made. Their rates are also good and reasonable and great staff.

β β β β β I went to this salon to get balayage done on a saturday on my darkbrown hair but came out with copper orange looking hair, it even looked purple in the sun. It was so bad that I was embarrassed to go to work on monday so I searched everywhere in athens on a monday to fix this as most hairsalons are closed that day. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place

β β β β β Long story short, I was a brunette, went to a hair salon that did a horrible job in making me blond but thank god I found Lemon Poppy Seed in Athens.
After telling them what had happened I got a full diagnostic on my hair, they helped me in choosing the right color for me but also keeping my wishes in mind.
Aside of that instead of bleaching my hair and looking for the quick solution they decided to really take their time and give me the best service possible. I had Alexandros as my colorist and he was a joy to have! He understood exactly what I wanted and took care of me and my hair the best way possible!
Im super happy with the result and their friendliness and service was wonderful. Definitely recommend! This was the final result, from horrible, drained and dry blond hair to this beautiful copper/blond.

β β β β β I don't live in Greece, but needed to get a haircut while in Athens. My hair was crazy long and pretty annoying (half wavy and a total mess)I was looking for a change, but was so tired of haircuts that look good only when leaving the hairdresser.
Alexander promised zero efforts, but said that I had to make a dramatic change because this cut wasn't good for me.
Boy, was he right!
My hair is pretty short now an it takes 30 seconds to make it look PERFECT. The only problem is that now I'll have to fly to Greece whenever I'm in need of a hair cut....

β β β β β I absolutely love this salon! Vera is incredible and I will be forever grateful to her! I came to them after a botched box dye that left my hair a mess of colors, Vera was able to fix it all and gave me a gorgeous color that I was hoping to have! She is also the only one who has ever cut my bangs perfectly. They are super kind and friendly there and I always have felt comfortable. I wish I wasn't moving because Vera is literally the only stylist I have ever trusted and been 100% happy with in my entire life ? Highly recommend Lemon Poppy Seed!
