Η πληρωμή έγινε με καρτα και τις επόμενες μέρες μας ενημέρωσαν οτι το ενα βιβλίο δεν είναι διαθέσιμο (ενώ στο site υπήρχε διαθέσιμο) εν τέλη μας έστειλαν την παραγγελία ενώ ζητήσαμε να την ακυρώσουν καθώς την ειχαν ηδη στείλει σε κούριερ. Τα χρήματα του βιβλίου του οποίου πληρώσαμε δεν τα παραλάβαμε ποτέ, έχουν περάσει 12 μέρες, επικοινώνησα μαζί τους μέσω μειλ για να μου επιστραφεί το ποσό αλλα καμία απάντηση. Online order of 3 books. The payment was made by card and in the following days we were informed that one book is not available (while it was available on the site) at the end they sent us the order while we asked to cancel it as they had already sent it to a courier. We never received the money for the book we paid for, 12 days have passed, I contacted them via e-mail to get my money back but no answer.

Και το βιβλίο βρέθηκε επιτόπου και η αποστολή σε διεύθυνση εκτός Αθηνών έγινε άμεσα ώστε ελαβα ειδοποίηση παραλαβής την επόμενη μέρα, χωρίς να έχω καν ζητήσει επείγουσα αποστολή. Ανυπομονώ να επισκεφτώ το βιβλιοπωλείο λόγω του πλούτου τίτλων που διαθέτει και φυσικά λόγω του εξαιρετικού τρόπου εξυπηρέτησης των αναγνωστών. Flawless !! I called to ask if they had a specific book title that I was having a hard time finding. And the book was found on the spot and the shipment to an address outside Athens was made immediately so that I received a notice of receipt the next day, without even requesting an urgent shipment. I look forward to visiting the bookstore because of the wealth of titles it has and of course because of the excellent way it serves its readers.
N	Natassa Platanianaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απλά απαράδεκτοι. Έκανα μία παραγγελία στις 19/2/22 για τρία παιδικά βιβλία και τρία μυθιστορήματα. Στις 22/2/22 με πήραν τηλέφωνο να με ενημερώσουν ότι τα τρία παιδικά βιβλία δεν είναι διαθέσιμα (ακόμα και σήμερα 11/3/22 διαθέσιμα τα δείχνει στο site) και όταν ζήτησα να ακυρωθεί όλη η παραγγελία μου είπαν ότι δεν γίνεται γιατί έχουν στείλει ήδη τα υπόλοιπα βιβλία. Επέμεινα ότι θέλω να ακυρωθεί η παραγγελία μου και μου είπαν ότι θα ξανά επικοινωνήσουν μαζί μου. Στη 1/3/22 έστειλα e-mail να δω τι γίνεται με την επιστροφή των χρημάτων μου. Μου απάντησαν ότι έχει ακυρωθεί η παραγγελία και ότι έχει γίνει επιστροφή των χρημάτων. Σήμερα 11/3/22 και τα χρήματα ακόμα δεν εχου επιστραφεί στον λογαριασμό μου. Έστειλα χτες e-mail να δω τι γίνεται και απάντηση καμία. Just unacceptable. I placed an order on 19/2/22 for three children's books and three novels. On 22/2/22 they called me to inform me that the three children's books are not available (even today 11/3/22 shows them available on the site) and when I asked to cancel the whole order they told me that it is not possible because they have has already sent the rest of the books. I insisted that I want my order to be canceled and I was told that they would contact me again. On 1/3/22 I sent an e-mail to see what happens with my refund. I was told that the order had been canceled and that a refund had been made. Today 11/3/22 and the money has not yet been returned to my account. I sent an e-mail yesterday to see what is happening and no answer.
