★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κατόπιν καθυστέρησης 50 λεπτών της γραμμής που αντιπροσωπεύουν , (Anes) και της αναγκαστικής παραμονής μας στο νησί της Σκοπέλου, αφού χάσαμε την ανταπόκριση για Αλλόνησο και περίπου 500 ευρώ σε διαμονή, ενοικιάσεις και κρατήσεις που δεν μπορούσαν να επιστραφούν η ανεδεστάτη υπάλληλος που δούλευε στις 30/8/2020 το βράδυ στο κατάστημα, και αρνήθηκε επιδεικτικά να μας δώσει το όνομα της, καθώς και να μας εξυπηρετήσει, αποκρίθηκε πως δεν είναι δικό της πρόβλημα και δεν γνωρίζει καμία διαδικασία αποζημίωσης ή παραπόνου. Αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά, αναίδεια, αυθάδεια, έλλειψη ανθρωπιάς και ήθους, είναι μερικά μόνο από τα τα χαρακτηριστικά του γραφείου που εκπροσωπήθηκε από την υπάλληλο στην ανωτέρω ημερομηνία. Δυστυχώς τέτοιου είδους συμπεριφορές καταστρέφουν την γενικότερη εικόνα του νησιού που αποτελείτε από ιδιαίτερα φιλόξενους ανθρώπους όπως αντιληφθήκαμε αργότερα μιας και λίγο έλλειψε να κοιμηθούμε κυριολεκτικά στον δρόμο λόγω της τεράστιας καθυστέρησης της Anes Proteus.

Unfortunately, this kind of behavior destroys the overall image of the island, which consists of very hospitable people, as we realized later, since we almost literally fell asleep on the street due to the huge delay of Anes Proteus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχω πολύ κάκη εμπειρία από την Anes αλλά σε καμία περίπτωση δεν ευθύνεται η κοπέλα στο μαγαζί. Ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενής και μας βοήθησε σε όλα.
Και απαντώντας στο προηγούμενο σχόλιο ούτε εγώ θα έδινα το όνομα μου σε τέτοιες περιπτώσεις
I have a very bad experience from Anes but in no case is the girl in the store responsible. She was extremely kind and helped us with everything.
