★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τελεια διαμονη(οικογενεια 4 ατομων),σε ενα μεγαλο,πεντακαθαρο,πολυ λειτουργικο σπιτι.Αμεση ανταποκριση απο τους ιδιοκτητες με απολυτη διακριτικοτητα.2 μπανια(1 wc με πλυντηριο).2 μεγαλα υπνοδωματια+1 μικρουλι,κουζινα με τεραστιο καναπε,σκευη καινουργια,μεγαλο μπαλκονι,ανετα στρωματα,αριστο wifi.Ησυχος δρομος(1ος παραλληλος απο τον κεντρικο παραλιακο),θαλασσα150 μετρα,μαγαζια διπλα,Λαστιχο με νερο στη κεντρικη εισοδο για ξεπλυμα ποδιων,οχι κουνουπια.Αμμολοφοι 8-10min με αυτοκινητο.Απλωστρα μεγαλη στο μπαλκονι,γλαστρουλες(Λενα τις ποτιζα).Ευκαιρια για επισκεψη στο αρχαιο θεατρο Φιλιπων(αν πετυχετε οπως εμεις παρασταση(Ιφιγενεια)μην χασετε την ευκαιρια.Στη Ν.Περαμο δεν πληρωνεις ξαπλωστρα,μονο τον καφε(3,5€),το ιδιο στους Αμμολοφους(4,5€ καφες).Καλος προορισμος για οικογενειακες(οχι ακριβος)προορισμος.Λενα ευχαριστουμε για τις 6 υπεροχες μερες(πολυ λιγες δυστυχως).Συνεχιστε με το ιδιο μερακι!
 Perfect accommodation (family of 4 people), in a large, spotless, very functional house. Immediate response from the owners with absolute discretion. 2 bathrooms (1 wc with washing machine). 2 large bedrooms + 1 microwave, kitchen with huge sofa, utensils , large balcony, comfortable mattresses, excellent wifi. Quiet street (1st parallel from the main beach), sea 150 meters, shops next door, Tire with water at the main entrance for rinsing feet, no mosquitoes. Dunes 8-10 minutes by car balcony, flower pots (Lena watered them). Opportunity to visit the ancient theater of Philippi (if you succeed like us in a show (Iphigenia) do not miss the opportunity. In N. Peramos you do not pay for sunbeds, only coffee (3.5 €), the same in the Dunes (4,5 € coffee). Good destination for family (not expensive) destination. Lena thank you for the 6 wonderful days (very few unfortunately). Continue with the same taste!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cozy place! Spacious bedrooms and bathroom. Very clean and fully equipped. The location provides the privacy needed and it's a huge plus that it is close to the sea. The kitchen has all the amenities for a family/group to cook eat and hang out! Thank you for the lovely stay!!!
