Ο προιστάμενος τους συνέχιζε να τους υπερασπίζεται όταν ξαναγύρισα και πήρα τα λεφτά μου. Τελικά επέστρεψα στον απέναντι -που κακώς παράτησα... Unlucky employees who did 'something else' before. Δεν θα μπορούσα όμως να βαθμολογήσω υψηλότερα μόνο και μόνο από το ωράριο. Κι ας μου απαντήσει κάποιος... Ως προς τί αυτό? Να κλείνει τόσο νωρίς και μάλιστα σε τέτοιες εποχές, όταν όλοι κλείνουν την προκαθορισμένη ώρα ακόμα και το "αντίπαλο" κατάστημα σε κοντινή απόσταση! Έχω ξαναψωνίσει από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα και έμεινα πολύ ευχαριστημένη.το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. I bought light bulbs. Ξεκιναω και παω εκει, ζηταω τις λαμπες μου τις δινει ο υπαλληλος κ μου λεει τη διπλασια τιμη απο την αναγραφομενη στο site! του το αναφερω και μου λεει "ααα τις εχετε δει στο ιντερνετ; " και αλλαζει την τιμη. Προσοχη λοιπον γιατι ειναι οποιον τσακωσουν η φαση. αλλη τιμη σε περαστικο η απροσεκτο πελατη κ αλλη αν τους βαλεις χερι. Επισης οταν τον ρωτησα γιατι συμβαινει αυτο δεν μου απαντησε... Παρήγγειλα ένα καλώδιο cat6 το οποίο εκτός του ότι έκανε πολύ περισσότερες ημέρες απ' ότι αναγραφόταν σαν πιθανές ημερομηνίες παράδοσης είχα την εξής εμπειρία! Είχα πάρει πάνω από 5 φορές τηλέφωνο για την εξέλιξη της παραγγελίας και όλο μου άλλαζαν την ημερομηνία παράδοσης! Επιπλέον, τη μία φορά απ' όλες που πήρα τηλέφωνο, μόλις είπα τον αριθμό της παραγγελίας ο υπάλληλος από μέσα ακούστηκε να λέει <<πάλι αυτός είναι>>; Δεν ήθελα να γίνει χαμός και δεν ασχολήθηκα αλλά μερικοί νομίζουν ότι έχουν μονοπώλιο και δεν μπορούμε να τους αλλάξουμε! Δεν πειράζει! Με έχασαν από πελάτη! Προσωπικά δε θα προτιμήσω ξανά το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα! Ο ορισμός της αδιαφορίας και της ανοργανωσιάς! Θα έβαζα 1 αστεράκι απλώς βάζω δύο γιατί εν τέλη στο τελευταίο τηλεφώνημα αφού είχαν περάσει πάρα πολλές ημέρες ρώτησα τον υπάλληλο τι γίνεται με την παραγγελία μου και μου λέει << Α... Εδώ είναι το καλώδιο σας. Σας το στέλνω>> Φάνηκε ότι το είχαν ξεχάσει εντελώς αλλά ασχολήθηκε ο συγκεκριμένος υπάλληλος και όντως μου το έστειλαν την επομένη!!! Forgivingly unacceptable!
